Our air conditioning system "died" during the June 2015 heat wave! Obviously all companies serving our area were swamped with service calls, as was Carolina Air Care; however, they worked us in for an inspection the same day (Thursday) we called. Once they determined that our system needed to be replaced, they ordered the new system and had it in place and running the following Tuesday! Quite impressive considering the demand for their services.
The price was very competitive and the Lennox system has performed remarkably well. Our house is now very comfortable at a higher temperature then with the previous system and will definitely save us on our electri bill.
All of the employees of Carolina Air Care were very professional and caring. We highly recommend them. My two sons have also used Carolina Air Care and had the same excellent results. Carolina Air Care T. 07/16/15 |

The team arrived around 1000 in the AM and left at 2350. There were only three guys to install two large systems in very awkward spaces however, they worked uncomplainingly and corrected several problems to ensure we had cooling before they left. The QA/QC guy sorted out the system and tuned it two days later. While the sophisticated WiFi issues were beyond him, he appears to have got all the mechanics right and then called me in 15 minutes with the Tel No of a Lennox Tech wizard in TX who expertly helped me through diagnostics and solved the problem in 30 minutes. I sought several bids. Carolina Air Care was one of the lowest, but with better rated Lennox. Install was prompt, installers forgot one part of install, but remedied that with next day at time of quality control inspection. Carolina Air Care just recently installed a new heating and air system for me, I would highly recommend them, they knew what they were doing and did it well. The guys that arrived on the 26th of June to complete the installation of the new unit started at 11:00AM and didn't leave until the job was totally complete. I must say Carolina air care and Lennox have made the difficult process of replacing an AC system easy and painless. First the tech came over-on a Saturday for my convience and gave me an estimate for a system. He was very helpful and honest about what I really needed to get to service my residences. He provided a couple options and helped me make a good decidion. He also explained the process and what would be needed. When I called to make an appointment the person was very helpful and prompt and confirmed I could also have my 2nd story system maintained at the same time as installation. The installers were amazing. The system had to go under the house which I think would have been a difficult job but they got it done though it took all day. Stop the onslaught of one repair after another and fix the problem once! After three years of repairs and bandaid solutions we finally turned to Carollina Air Care and replaced all parts of air conditioner and heating.
