I'm not a tech person but, I would like to know how you test an air handler which is located in the attic after replacing the coil and the antifreeze without turning on the water. My oil burner was also serviced. Although I drained the system of water 2 weeks ago when my wife arrived the valves were left open as I had left them. And the in line water filter was not connected. Can you explain this to me please. Thanks.

Took 3 attempts to correct a fairly simple problem with the zone valve. If this wasn’t covered on my service plan I would be an extremely dissatisfied customer. My heat was maintained at 87 degrees due to this delay in completion which surely resulted in a higher oil bil. Not happy about that.

Well, back in October of 2017 we received our annual servicing. Everything had been running fine up to that point, but after the serviceman left, a few days later, my wife began smelling fuel each time she came in from outside. When I went down to check around the burner, there were pads soaked with oil. As it turned out he needed to change the fuel pump gasket, but didn't. Anyway in the 6 or so weeks after the tune up, I had to go down and hit the reset button at least a dozen times. After they came and fixed the gasket, I had to go down about every other day to reset the burner. Finally Kevin Neugen came and replaced a couple of things and the burner has been running fine since. However he did recommend looking into a new burner. I'm waiting for a quote from Joe Petrocelli on a new burner, air conditioner and water heater.

Bottini Fuel performed admirably during an extended, severe cold weather period in January. Their telephone system was overwhelmed, but technicians worked continually to restore heat to their customers. Half of our Heat zones had failed, and a temporary fix was done to keep lines from freezing over the weekend. Bottini contacted us to schedule the definitive repair, which was performed a few days later. Meanwhile, fuel deliveries were increased to keep up with a higher level of demand. The quality of technicians performing routine services has been inconsistent, but it has been better than the HVAC company we had used originally. I will continue to contract with Bottini Fuel and recommend them to friends.

Sunday about 12:30 am something went boomb in my basement. Called and Discussed the situation with the dispatcher a technician called right back and was on his way out. He was diligent in locating the problem and told me my options. The furnace could last 20 mins or two weeks but there would be more boombs to come. The Cast Iron was splitting. Sorry I don't remember your name. But Thank You so Much. The next day Todd the salesman was out to the house and by Thursday my new furnace was put in with 3 guys who did a great job and in such a timely manner. The house never got cold from no heat running. I was upstairs sick as well. There was laughter among the guys which helped a lot because it wasn't an easy job getting out the old and in with the new. Everyone from my first phone call all the way threw were just pleasant and patient with me and were all around wonderful. Thank You to everyone. I have been recommending you to others before this situation just for your Customer Service alone. Bob was the first person in your Company that I dealt with. Thank You ...

On Oct. 11, 2017 man arrived to fix water heater. 3 weeks the water heater stopped working. Had to have Bottini return to put a new nozzle in at a cost of $106. In other words, I paid for a mistake made by the first oil mechanic.

The first call was on the weekend and I was told by the tech that this work is only covered Monday - Friday when I have a service contract. The repair for baning pipes was a result of an incorrect boiler install by Bottini 3 years ago. Mike Logan and the tech Bobby, were instrumental in getting the situation corrected quickly. These people are assets to your service department

The response from your service manager was lacking, however once engaged (after several emails and phone calls) he was very informative. The work that was required was not finished as agreed. Your technicians are sloppy and DO NOT COMPLETE The job assigned. They left an oil line on the floor from a tank removal (basement) and did not cover the holes left in the house from the fill pipe removal. The post put in the garage to protect the tank was not secured properly and needs to be redone. I'm currently in the process of looking for another provider as I don't see a reason to continue doing business with your organization.

This is the third time that a service man came and repaired and did not explain that the part was not covered in my contract so I receive a bill plus pay a service contract. I would appreciate if a supervisor could call me so I could explain further. I am very disappointed in Bottini

It required 3 visits in a 36 hour period to correct the situation of “ heat or hot water”. One visit (the second one) I was charged $222 for an “after hours visit”. I am still waiting for the $500 bill for the additive that was required to “de clog” the sludge from your product delivery.

VERy sad to say the last two were trrrible. The first one misdiagnosed had to call in another service cost me over800$ The last timevdid not get a call to meet him at IBM road dis not know when he would arrive.

As we work during the week, we had to use care taker for your service. Care taker’s cost is $35/hour. Your technician had care taker waited 3 hours the first time, and the work didn’t make the furnace any better. We had to schedule the second time, and care taker waited from 3pm to 7pm, and your guy didn’t show up. We got a call at 10:30pm from your guy and he wanted to come at 11:30pm. We said no. We are too tired to deal with a pipe fix starting at 11:30pm. The third and forth time our care taker again waited hours before your guy showed up. Your math is as good as mine, how many extra hours we had to pay the care taker to wait for your guy, and how much more your repairman cost us? Is it all necessary? We could have spent the money for some thing we really need to spend.

It has been 10 days since I contacted Bottini to repair my boiler. Four different technicians were sent out and none of them were able to repair it. In fact, tech 2 broke the ignition electrode. Bottini does not carry that part so I was forced to wait four more days, and two more technicians, to find out the final diagnosis. I am still without heat. I was literally left in the cold on Christmas. I will NEVER contact Bottini for service again.

The only reason I am a customer is because of my landlord ... I think that your billing process for tenants is highly questionable .. locking out my propane tank for " delinquent payment " when the tank was full is again highly questioable and definatly not customer friendly . Trying to bill me for repairs when the landlord has a service contract because " I called not the landlord again highly questionable ... I have tried to talk landlord to switch to a real CUSTOMER FRIENDLY COMPANY BURKE .
