When we built our first home, we did our research for who we were going to use for our oil and propane deliveries and service. Bottini fuel was the one we choose and we definitely made the right choice by far. Always friendly, courteous service. On time for when they scheduled our service appointments and automatic deliveries. We sold our home seventeen years later to purchase something a little smaller and again we are using bottini fuel. Called them to get an estimate on installing a generator that we just purchased. They made the appointment quickly and The next day installed the propane tanks and hooked up the generator. I called because my hot water wasn't getting hot for a long time and when it did get hot, it didn't stay hot. A service tech came the same day I called, made an adjustment to the furnace and I have had no problems since.

I am thrilled with the customer service at Bottini Fuel to the extent I'm willing to pay considerable more per gallon of propane than I was with another company (whose customer service has been terrible). Bottini customer service has been helpful and considerate and they have addressed my personal propane needs. While setting up their tank, they took the time to make certain everything was operational, explained things to me, and made sure I was getting the proper tank for my household. Your technician named Al, positioned a new 500 gallon propane tank in my yard, and carefully installed the necessary lines for its operation. He meticulously set the regulator on my siding, and "cleaned up" the pre existing
piping, explaining to me as he worked.
This technician worked carefully and professionally, and is a definite asset to the Bottini team. I'm now an official member of the Bottini team also.

Had a problem with my furnace leaking water, called Bottini Oil at 5 pm and with in less then an hour someone was here.
The tech was very knowledgeable and he diagnosed the problem within a few minutes. He explained what he was going to do and then went and got the parts needed, when he was done, 3 parts were changed out and the furnace was working fine. We had a very unusual problem with the condenser unit for our air conditioning unit. The technician from Bottini was able to analyze it and repair it even though he had never seen this occur in all the years he fixed these machines. He did an excellent job.
