I have been a Bottini oil customer for almost 30 years but was using a different company for propane for our pool heater. Pool heater fire which I ultimately learned was due to incorrect installation by the other company. Called that company to come the day of the fire, they sent someone but couldn't get a straight answer.
Called Bottini --they had a team here in hours, redid the install correctly and professionally.
The other company came, picked up their tanks and never refunded my money for unused gas(as they promised) until I called to ask for my money! Great way to say thanks to a long time customer.
The Bottini experience is 5 stars for all these years with oil and has been just the same with propane. Should have switched years ago.

I NEVER CALL TO RAVE ABOUT A REPRESENATIVE FOR A SERVICE LIKE THIS, BUT SOMETIMES WHEN PEOPLE ARE EXTRAORDINARY,YOU MUST. I HAVE HIRED BOTTINI RECENTLY FOR MY OIL NEEDS & FOR THE LAST YEAR, THEY HAVE BEEN AWESOME. ALWAYS AVAILABLE TO ANSWER QUESTIONS & THEY ALWAYS HAVE THE NICEST PEOPLE ANSWERING THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE LINE. MICHAEL MORITZ CAME TO MY HOUSE TO SERVICE MY BOILER & HE WAS SIMPLY WONDERFUL. I have to express how nice your service team is at Bottini. I've had over utility companies over charged us, send us the wrong bills, and never pick up the phone. I called the other day to open an account and Dana Capuano was so helpful. She went out of her way to get us the best price and track down a tricky online charge. Even though she wouldn't be in the next day, she handed me off to Tammy Osterhout who did a great job. Their communication was so helpful and made our transition to Bottini seamless.
We have twins on the way and we've been stressed about our bills. Dana and Tammy went the extra mile and it really made a difference. Thanks for all you do. 01/06/16 |
