The technician, John, was thorough and carefully went through all of the possible causes to identify the issue and fix it, and did not rush to start replacing parts unnecessarily. Since I have a wood stove, my propane deliveries are spaced far apart. However, because of a medical issue I knew I would not be using my wood stove as much for a few weeks. Bottini said I was not due for a delivery for another month but knowing I would be using more propane that normal they arranged to come at the end of the week. I love this company. I don't know if they are family owned, but as a client you really feel as though they are - and that you are part of the family. I live at the end of a winding narrow drive way and heat my house with a wood stove through most of the cold season. 2 Other oil companies gave me grief about delivering in small amounts and also that my driveway could not accommodate their trucks in icy weather. This meant that I had to 1) make sure that I was not "wasting" their time for a partial delivery and 2) that I made sure not to need oil when their trucks would prefer not to come down the driveway. I was on my third oil company when I called Bottini. Despite being much further away than Burke or Check, they were happy to take me on as a client even when I apologetically explained that I heat with wood and have a less than luxurious driveway.
With Bottini Fuel we clients often get courtesy calls to make sure we check our gauges before a cold snap and often cheerfully offer to top off my tank. And they have never complained about access, even when I accidentally left my car in the way of the pump and the delivery person had to use a hose. He was not bothered in the least about having to hoist an Anaconda sized hose forty feet down to the pump. I was mortified when I realized and ran out too late to be helpful. I’m a first time home buyer and I needed a propane tank/water heater. It is the end of November and as anyone can imagine, I really would like to be able to move into my new house before Christmas. My automatic scheduled delivery plan works perfectly. I have never
worried about running low on heating fuel, particularly if I'm away
from home for a period of time. Bottini's formula for calculating

Last service was for gas fireplace, took 5 trips and multiple parts that were not needed. Was out of adjustment regulator that I asked if it had been checked on the 5th service call.
