I gave lower marks for correction of problem, as I had to call twice on the day of service. The first two techs said the problem was with my generator not providing enough power which it turned out was not the problem. Would like to have seen them test the situation better. On March 7th a snow storm dumped 12 inches of snow on my locality. I was scheduled for a delivery of propane on March 8th, and made sure my driveway was plowed early in the day, since I was low on fuel and need it for heat. I was about to shovel off my walkway, since that is the only access to my tanks, when I looked out a window and saw the Bottini truck pulling away. My heart sank, as I figured there was no way the delivery could be made with a foot of snow covering the walkway. However, when I checked the tanks I saw that they were both full. Normy had trudged through 60 feet of 12 inches of snow to make my delivery! Customer service extraordinaire! Thank you Normy for your dedication, and thank you Bottini Fuel for maintaining such a high caliber staff. It's why I remain a happy Bottini customer.

I ran out of fuel because I had the tank replaced and assume the horrible company who did it put the same size back but they put in a smaller tank. So it really wasn't there fault at all. I called and left a massage and they called back by 7 the next morning. And they came by 745 am. They were awesome. I am not sure of the girl I spoke to but she was extremely helpful, understanding and an all around very professional unlike what I have seen with other companies. Even a few days later I received a letter from the company owner apologizing for the mishap and offering a meter to be put on my tank free of charge. We were in Florida when the boiler broke. My son dealt with you. This happened on Feb. 4th (Superbowl Sunday); and Bottini employees immediately came and inspected the boiler; then ordered the boiler. They installed it on Tuesday, Feb. 6th. That was right before a snowstorm on Wednesday. That was good because the pipes could have frozen. We'll see how it is working when we return the end of April. Surprised by all the negative comments. The folks I have dealt with at Bottini have always been very polite and extremely helpful. I did run out of oil and am on automatic delivery but the weather was colder than normal. They did send someone right out and came up with a solution so it does not happen again. My wife had gone up to our 2nd home in Preston Hollow and when she turned on the water which was turned off 2 of the valves were open and began spilling water. I had recently had my air handler repaired and had left both valves open. The service desk that answered my call was on it quickly.
