When you say " BBB aids in creating a marketplace where buyers and sellers can trust each other", why did you not intercept where it was obvious that the travel agency Globus was unfair in holding my money. I expected a more thorough opinion than what you did, by being a bystander. It seemed you are in cohorts with businesses and not customers

We were having trouble with a travel booking company, Evolve Travel. We had to cancel plans due to the COVID pandemic and were told we would be issued a future credit. However, every time we tried to call or email to verify the credit we got no response. Our credit card was charged in full & it wasn’t until we filed a cases/ the BBB that we finally got a response & the credit that was due. Thank you BBB for being there to be an advocate for the consumer.

I trust in the seriousness, professionalism and commitment that the BBB has with people. It seems to me the best place to express my opinion when a business is not work correctly with the customers.

My complaint about Century Link went on deaf ears. It was obvious that the BBB is in the pockets of this giant corporation. Only response was that Century Link would not respond to the complaint. I filed the same complaint with the FCC and wouldn't you know it, I received my money back and a formal apology from Century Link for failing to cancel my account when requested in writing and on the phone. The BBB has lost all credibility in my eyes.

BBB has helped me settle many complaints over the years if a fair manner. Companies often (especially large corporations) ignore individuals or make each of us jump through so many hoops that it becomes very difficult. A complaint to BBB gets someone to respond that has the authority to listen and arrive at a reasonable solution.

The main thing for me was to get WoW to listen to me. By getting a third party involved that is recommendable and would get the business to listen to me was the main reason I went to BBB. The other thing that help was WoW took it seriously.

In a dispute with Frontier airlines the BBB was of no value. Frontier offered me an "apology" but nothing more. BBB emailed me back and considered the case resolved. Really?????

The BBB is a great service to help with anything you need. They did a wonderful job of getting this resolved. That is why we joined the BBB when we started our business. Well worth money and resources.

I booked 2 tickets to fly to florida to visit my ill mother with my brother during the pandemic. I found out a week prior to taking off that I had to work (im a frontline worker). I called frontier everyday to cancel and receive a refund or credit but always received the prompt that “due to limited staff, long wait times....” each day i waited more then 3 hrs on hold but was hung up on. I then started chatting with reps via internet chat but they would end the chat each time before i could explain the situation and i would be forced to start all over again with a new rep.... all while working 14 hour days at my covid 19 testing center. I even went as far as to contact cheapoair and they initiated phone calls on my behalf to frontier but on our 3 way calls we were again hung up on after hours of sitting on hold. I was forced to file a BB claim against them just so i could speak with someone, but just as someone started reaching out, BB CLOSED the claim with no resolution. Now I really have no clue what to do! $400 in flights down the drain.

I filed against a business that clearly was in the wrong, had proof of shady business tactics, and the fact it was during a pandemic and cdc recommendation, and the BBB still sided with the shady business claiming they showed “good faith.” There are over 1,000’s of customers that were screwed over by this company and yet the BBB states “good faith.” Maybe good at being shady and thieves but not how they handled the situation.

Good Afternoon: I am very satisfied with the out come of the complaint referenced above. The company (Dish Network) has processed a refund for the antenna and installation back to my bank account and I just wanted to say thank you to the BBB and to the Senior Resolution Specialist Rochelle Fox who has worked with me to achieve the satisfactory outcome of my complaint. I am so pleased with the results and very grateful to Dish Network for cordially agreeing to resolve this matter in a timely fashion and with the happiness of the customer in mind. Your cooperation and understanding of my situation is greatly appreciated and should my financial circumstances ever improve, I will definitely seek the services of Dish Network for my television and internet access needs. If the business you’re complaining about isn’t registered with the BBB, there’s nothing they can or will do except suggesting you should have used a business that is registered and this wouldn’t have happened.

The process of reporting was very smooth and easy. I received prompt responses from the BBB, and they compelled the business for which I had a dispute to reach out to me directly. The business and I were able to come to a mutually agreed upon solution. I highly recommend using the BBB and certainly will use them again in the event I encounter a problem that a business and I cannot resolve.

Very unhappy with the service provided by the BBB here. I have had great outcomes with the OH team but no luck this time. Frontier only giving people 90 days to use credits during a pandemic is a joke. The customer service was horrible and I was hung up on multiple times, in addition to their Customer Service department not taking calls for weeks. I am not penalized and out almost $400 due to not being able to reach them by phone for extension and BBB felt this was fair.

I contacted the BBB on Sunday and by the next morning I had an email. They were great with handling my problem. I tried for 3 months and got no place. With their help I was able to get a response and a full refund! I could not have gotten that outcome without them. Thank you so very much! Quick and informative response. Although, the company, "Anywhere Rooter" in Aurora, Colorado that I was having issues with and would not respond or negotiate with the BBB, it is reassuring to know that there is someone out there willing to listen and help. Thank You!

I want to commend the BBB Denver & Boulder Team for great job they have done in helping me resolve an issue I had with a Denver business.
