Great working with the BBB as an avenue to share concerns and potentially resolve. The BBB was very responsive and quick in their support of the buyer so it is very much appreciated to know there is a group that supports the customer when needed.

I couldn't thank BBB more! They're help was amazing..fast... With the results I wanted. I had purchased fave serums from an infomercial on instagrm...the ad mentiin and used the image of a TV star..nowever when it came it was a scam...a scM for $90 per bottle x 2!!..the company wouldn't answer emails or telephone calls...so I contacted BBB and they had my $$$ back in my bank account within 48 hours...BBB you don't know how much I appreciate that...thank you thank yiu thank you!

Disappointed that BBB closed the case when issue was not resolved. No reason was given and I documented questions that the business had not answered for over two months. I contacted BBB after the business did not respond to the email address they had given me; believe the only reason they commented was because the request was from BBB. However, I believe case was closed prematurely.

I had contacted the company for which the complaint is based three times. Each time I was told the refund was forthcoming after answering a few questions. Each time I answered the questions and then heard nothing. I finally contacted the BBB. Within 24 hours I received an email saying the refund was sent to the credit card I had used. They said it would show up within a week. It showed up in my account 3 days later. The people at BBB we’re extremely helpful and considerate. They kept my file open until I saw the money posted in my credit card account and I was comfortable with the process. I really cannot say enough good things for the BBB and the way in which my complaint was handled.

Wasn't impressed. Had an email from the company that i was disputing with BBB that stated that they were to refund me in full for a reservation that we couldn't make due to a shelter in place order from Michigan. Company sent me an email that they would issue a full refund for the stay. BBB sided with the company and gave no explanation as to why. Complete waste of time filing a complaint with them.

I had sent several emails to a company inquiring about my refund and did not receive one response. When I filed a complaint with BBB, not only did I receive a response from the company, I received a full refund from the company immediately!

've had to contact the BBB on several occasions on several company's I have delt with. I'd like to say the BBB has done everything they can from their end and the outcome 98% of the time has been very successful. If in doubt contact the BBB and report the company your having issues with, if you don't others won't know there could be a potential issue for them as well.

I wrote complaining that I couldn't unsubscribe from a mailing list of a company that displays the BBB logo and which claims to have an excellent rating from you. They are using you to promote their fraudulent business. You determined that they are not affiliated with you at all. As near as I can tell, y'all wrote them a few notes, never heard back from them, and threw up your hands in defeat. They still have your logo on their emails. Were I you, I'd be furious that they were using my name to do bad business. I'd be threatening legal action. What is it that ya'll do, anyway?

Hello, I sent my dispute resolution in and I got a notice telling me the case was closed. I called BBB and had a talk with JoAnn. She told me that they were having computer problems. She told me to resend my dispute and they will reopen the case.I got another notice saying the case is closed. CONFUSE

BBB was very professional and prompt throughout a recent BBB Complaint I filed against Boost Mobile. Filing the complaint actually helped me get a prompt (in a few days to one week) response from Boost Mobile to resolve the issue. While there were still a few loose threads with Boost Mobile at the end of it, BBB was key in helping get the ball rolling and addressing the primary issue. Would definitely recommend if a company is giving you the run around.

The resolution consisted of a series of emails is all I am aware of. The company I filled a complaint against made a small refund for a deductible I had already paid. The home warranty firm is still in breach of the contract and maintains an "A" rating, with many negative reviews

It was great to deal with the BBB as I got my issue resolved rather quickly. Dealing with the airline proved fruitless until the BBB got involved. Awsome!!

I have a problem when I switched from DirecTV to Dish. Without BBB, I wouldn't have gone anywhere to resolve my issues. Although I was not 100% satisfied with the results, it was much better than communicating with Dish on my own. I wish I had checked with BBB before embarking on this change with my TV provider. Thank you, BBB.

I used the BBB to file a complaint against 2-10 HBW. The company was in violation of the contract we agreed upon and refused to render the covered services. After several back and forths with the company using the BBB complaint portal, the BBB just decided to close the complaint and provided no reason or justification as to why. So, now I'm out the money and repairs that 2-10 was obligated to perform and my complaint won't even reflect negatively against their BBB rating. What a terrible useless system

I had a very bad experience with a dish Internet company and when I canceled my time with them over the phone we had agreed to a certain amount to settle everything. When I looked at my checking account they had taken out three times as much as what they were supposed to what was agreed upon. So I contacted better business Bureau and they refunded me up to the Amount that had been agreed-upon in the first place. I wish to thank them very very much!

My issue was not resolved even though i privided proof of being scammed by the company.. even though i ssw a review about the same company refund the money to a other person but couldnt do anything for me when i sent them receipts of my purchase and them ignoring me. Not satisfied at all

They helped me to get an issue with my cellular service provider rectified. As soon as I submitted my claim, the cellular company contacted me right away to resolve an issue that, up to that point, had taken 2 months. They were obligated to help and did not. Now the issue is resolved.

I'm still not satisfied. The person I spoke with from Handy I could barely understand because of his accent. I certainly hope you downgraded this company, They are a terrible company to work with & take too long to get issues resolved. Wish their was more you could do.

In my view the BBB is pretty much worthless. I tried to post a negative review for WOW (Wide Open West internet) on BBB and I cannot find any trace of it. Looks like they just ignored it, and I can't find any way to find out what happened...

The BBB is the company to turn to when you need help in resolving an issue with any business in the world. I have used BBB many times in the past to resolve refund issues with companies that act untouchable until the BBB gets involved. Fast, courteous, efficient and unbiased service and when it comes to helping the American consumer be heard there is no better way.

I cannot say how pleased and I was with the ease and speed the BBB helped me resolve my issues with our home warranty company. They accomplished in less than 24 hours what I fought tooth and nail for 6 weeks. My only wish is that I had turned to them sooner. Thank you from the bottom of my heart, BBB!
