I still can't get over how easy the process was with the Denver Better Business Bureau. It made my process extremely simple and easy which is very important to someone who feels they have a valid complaint.

All you did was send my complaint to Taylor Morrison - I've already done that. i thought you had some leverage to get them to respond. I believe Taylor Morrison is a member of BBB. Will this be a blemish on their record? How many complaints do they need to get until they will be given a poor rating with new consumers?

BBB was very helpful, they got right on my problem the same day. Although the problem wasn’t resolved I do appreciate BBB for their quick reaction.

No help at all”” 24/7 home warranty company” Just blew me off can’t get through their phone system I have spent Several hours on hold and when they do answer they put you back on hold for several more hours And then they hang up on Me they are fraudulently stealing peoples money for their make-believe home warranty scam. the Better Business Bureau needs to look in to this company And physically follow up on this complaint

Don't ever order anything from Keto BH Real!! The Denver BBB helped me immediately get my money back after a chase of 3 months with this company and no response from them. I seriously don't know what I would do without the BBB's help. Going forward never do business without checking the BBB first. Thank you so much for all your assistance! Lynda

After going back and forth with emails and waiting on hold for several hours getting me nowhere, by contacting the BBB I received a response within days. After I rejected their response to my claim they finally offered me a credit for future travel which I feel never would I have been given had I not made the claim.

They did nothing to help me! They reached out twice to Keto BHBreal. Keto said they processed a refund but lied! No refund was received!!! BBB Denver then replied they were closing the case as unresolved... With this kind of help, the consumer is left at the mercy of scamming companies like Keto BHBreal.

They got the company to refund me my money right away. I tried on my own for 2-3 months. After contacting the better business bureau I got my refund within two weeks. Very happy

This BBB did nothing to resolve my complaint (unlike the one in PA, they ACTUALLY helped me years ago with another issue) Vail Resorts was clearly deceptive, unresponsive and told the BBB in their response that the reason they did not give me a refund was because I was a season pass holder. I was NOT a season pass holder and I clearly explained that. They could have easily sent me the 6 ski passes I paid for and could not use due to their sudden closing, All the other ski resorts did. Would of cost them nothing. Instead BBB chose to side with Vail Resorts who lied about refunding your money and then came up with a scheme to buy back servives already paid for but could not be used.

These folks got to the chairman of the company who could help me. It took a few emails between the chairman and myself with BBB as middleman and the issue has been peacefully and fully resolved. I'm so happy!!!

I contacted BBB when I saw similar complaints post by others on a web search. The process to file a complaint was easy and the quick turn around on the resolution was more than I expected. In less than a week, I had my issue resolved.. The BBB is a great way to get problems resolved and I will try them first before trying anything else.

I have always found using the BBB to solve major issues with larger corporations has been helpful. They are always able to get to the root of the problem much quicker than the consumer is and are definitely able to work out a great compromise or in some cases, report businesses/corporations to the proper authorities when enough people have the same issue. I have had very good experiences with the BBB. I will continue to use them when I need to.

I did not feel things were resolved with my complaint against Elitch Gardens. They have not provided a service or a refund of any kind in lieu of providing pre-paid season passes and to me that is theft. I understand all things COVID, but there has been no offer to move my pass into the next season either. The BBB says they have resolved the complaint because they issued a statement saying what they will do IF they open. 7/13/2020 and there is no date to open, the season is more than half over. I paid in March. But, they are prompt at least. Just wish there was a way to rebuttal their final decision. To me, this is theft by EG!

My complaint was closed by BBB saying the provider gave an adequate solution. The provider gave no solution and I lost $500 without getting the service I paid for. I could not even respond as it was just closed by BBB. Very disappointing response by BBB and the company for which I filed the complaint against.

Extremely competent team member. I was dealing with a company which ignored a rental cancellation and charged me the full amount for the rental. This team member resolved the issue within 2 weeks. I am delighted to report that my refund is now in my checking account. Thank you, BT, and the Denver BBB!

I submitted a complaint, and got an email back saying the BBB did not receive an answer from KETO, and the case was closed. I expected more due diligence in getting a refund from this company who posted a deceiving sales ad online, then overcharged me, then refused to answer me when I repeatedly tried to take advantage of the “no questions asked” refund.

I contacted this better business bureau over a company that sells keto pills in the state. The company is called Keto BHB Real, and they are a complete scam!! They overcharged my card on the purchase was the start of it. Finally, after a very long process I got a hold of the company to complete a return. I sent the product back unused and unopened to the seller. It’s been over two months since the product has been at their facility because I tracked the package. I reached out to the states better business bureau, and I haven’t had any help from them. I have put in three claims on the website over the past three months, and I haven’t been contacted at all from them.

Was very pleased with the Better Business Bureau in assisting me with resolving my claim. Their site was easy to use and they were quick In notifications to the business and communications with me. Very professional and worthwhile to use.

I filed a complaint against a television app service as I was not treated fairly. This bureau handled everything as I would expect them to handle it. It was resolved to my satisfaction. The main thing I loved was the ease of filing, responding, disputing etc. I have never found anything easier than their site.

I filed a complaint against Globus. The company did not clearly indicate that people who had purchased canceled trips could request refunds. I was not pleased with Globus' response to my complaint. Today I talked with a BBB representative who was professional and courteous and stressed that BBB is an impartial body that attempts to help businesses and consumers resolve concerns. The representative indicated that I could cite reasons for my unhappiness with Globus' response; BBB would forward my comments once more to Globus.

This is the first time I have ever used BBB and was so grateful for the help and satisfaction I received. I tried on my own for over 2 months and talked to 14 different people, never getting any satisfaction, only constant run-arounds. BBB got the results for me in 2 weeks. Thank you for all your help.

The BBB is the best way to get your money back from companies that try to scam you, or dont hold up to their part of their bargain. They acted fast and within 2 business days the company emailed me with my refund notification! Definitely reccomend them!!!!

They do not accurately take in all information and are automatically biased toward their corporations/businesses they are accredited with. A company I submitted a complaint for is literally doing illegal things (on multiple occassions) and the BBB still accredits this business and say the company "tried". No - they didn't. The BBB did not properly act as a third party and still remains bias. Proof of the illegal activity was even shown through documentation with the complaint. It took WEEKS for the company to even properly acknowledge the problem. The BBB states that one of the ways they determine ratings is that the problem was resolved (it was not and there are others that show unresolved as well) and that the company effectively tried to show readiness to fix the problem and try to proactively work on it. We had to go to the company EVERYTIME. they did not approach us for THEIR ILLEGAL ISSUES. but why would they because the company is in the wrong. BBB is in the wrong for being biased. When you show illegal activity to the BBB and they still allow the business to be accredited with a positive rating... that shows you the depth of corruption corporations and businesses (and even the BBB will go) to keep the money flow. This company did illegal things - they are still doing illegal things, EVEN AFTER THE BBB STATED THE ISSUE WAS RESOLVED. Why are we still being harassed by the company and having illegal things done? Why do you accredit this company when they are breaking the law? the BBB cannot morally stand behind this company with their own guidelines... really sad there's few places out there that actually want to help the person isntead of an unlawful corporation...

Frontier Airlines refused to give me a refund for a flight that was canceled due to the coronavirus pandemic. Then, when I used about 20% of the credit they gave me instead of a refund, they claimed the remaining 80% was theirs to keep, which is outright theft. They claimed there was nothing they could do, and it was just their "policy." When I reported them to the Better Business Bureau, Frontier suddenly "let" me use the rest of my money to buy another Frontier flight. I recommend filing a report with BBB when a business is trying to swindle you.
