BBB could not do anything to help my case. The business was not accredited with the BBB so I understand in that aspect. But they literally did nothing that I didn't already do to look into the case. they made a phone call to the business 2 times and wrote me back saying they couldn't reach them. Thanks, that's why I reached out for help in the first place. I figured they may have looked into it a bit more but it is what it is since the business was not accredited.

BBB does good work. Buy my last complaint against WOW owing me Money was basically a waste of time. BBB tried but there was nothing resolved. Was not their fault because WOW is not a BBB member. WOW does not back its promotions. Beware of WOW In most cases BBB is an excellent place to deal with Problems.

I had a negative experience with a cell phone provider that would not provide me with an account number so I could switch my daughter's phone to her husband's provider. The BBB efficiently processed my complaint and got the provider to twice write nice, polite letters that did not provide me with the necessary account numbers. I assume that the nature of my complaint (vs. Boost) is on file with the BBB so that others may learn. Good job BBB. My only other alternative would have been a lawsuit, and I do not have the resources for that. BBB is absolutely necessary.

I was loosing hope on getting any refund from the company I was dealing with. They stopped responding to me. BBB was a life saver and I was able to get my money back and an apology. I can’t say how thankful I am for their help

I was very pleased with the outcome. It should not have taken my valuable time to contact the BBB however, sometimes it takes a more sturdy approach to get the attention of certain people or businesses to do what they are suppose to do. THANK YOU BBB

I made a complaint and BBB successfully got the vendor to respond within the 14 days, but... Thusfar, the vendor has only promised to refund the monies, in spite of the fact that they say the refund was "processed" nearly a month ago. Very disappointing.

I feel as though the Business was able to lie and get away with what had happened to me and because of your company I was almost out $2500 lucky for me my credit card company believed the FACTS and now there are others out there they will have the same issue because you didn't stand up to this lying company. I stated facts gave you information and you disregarded it and sided with the scamming business I wouldn't recommend you to anyone your a joke if your job is to protect the Consumer shame on YOU! Your rating is what I used as a guide to use his services.

I have used BBB twice now with regard to Refund issues and on both occasions I have been extremely impressed with the Teams swift response, action and follow through until resolution. To add I am shocked currently their services are free of cost. I recommend using BBB for all your consumer challenges for positive resolution.Well done BBB team. Your services are invaluable.

I believe in the BBB to resolve disputes. I also understand how they have limits on what they can do. The company who has been sending me requests to buy my house for years. Clear Sale have promised to stop sending requests and lied. They probably lied to you folks too they are still sending me requests. I just wanted someone to know. Which is good enough really.

BBB is worthless. They dont hold companies responsible. All a company has to do is send in a response and they get A+ status. Ridiculous.

I was having difficulty receiving a reimbursement from a company that I had completely complied with. I had all my paperwork and UPS tracking information down to when it was delivered and who accepted it. Wrote all this information in my BBB report and within a very few weeks received my full reimbursement, Thanks you BBB of Denver. Couldn't have done it without your help.

I am a 70 year old woman who isn’t very tech savvy. Just because I didn’t respond in the time frame they wanted, they closed my case without even resolving it. The business I reported lied in their response to the BBB, when I have photographic evidence that proves it. I am very dissatisfied and disappointed in the BBB.

The BBB closed my dispute as "favorably resolved" even though the company was still refusing to refund my money (Frontier Airlines, a cancelled flight due to coronavirus) which is why I disputed it with BBB in the first place.

I emailed BBB in regards to an ongoing problem with a Company that would not answer contact attempts to inquire about their failure to send reimbursement on products I returned to them in compliance with their return policy...months went by. I sent numerous e mails and attempted phone contact. After contacting BBB, within 7 days, I received emails from the Company, stating I would be receiving reimbursement to my Bank for a full refund. The money was deposited into my account within 2-3 days afterwards. I am so thankful for this service that BBB provides us and the timely results that I got. Actually, after all the time, worry, frustration, and stress this particular Company put me through, I am still amazed that this was resolved so quickly! Thank you!

I appreciate the BBB and their efforts to help resolve the problem we are having with a company called, Specialized Loan Servicing. After my initial complaint, the BBB contacted SLS, and asked them to settle our debt with us which we have paid in full! However, SLS refused to do so and continue to harass us and tell us that we still owe interest on a balance of $0.00. They are a horrible company. The BBB then decided that they could not help us resolve this issue after the initial attempt, which I rejected the response from SLS because they still refuse to close our account and settle the debt that has been PAID. IN. FULL. So, although I do appreciate the BBB, they then closed my complaint and it is still unresolved. I will be contacting the Attorney General's office next, and I sincerely hope they will end this nightmare. All we want is for SLS to admit that we have paid our debt, settle the debt with us and close our account with them. Is that really too much to ask? I think not!

Unfortunately I am still waiting to see if the BBB can successfully intervene with Travel Insured and indirectly Select International so I can recoup over $4000 for a trip that didn't happen to Israel in April of 2020. As with everything else right now the consumer must wait for any resolutions. I get "we are backlogged, our sincere apologies" from everyone. I wonder who is getting any resolution and/or refunds.

BBB has not really helped me in getting my problem taken care of. They ask if I have heard from the company and in reply said no and that the company has now deleted their email and then I have not heard another thing from them. So my rating is not good

I had an issue with an online business that I’d made a purchase with. Every correspondence I had with them, was either ignored or irrelevant. I felt that I’d essentially lost $300. I went online to see if my states AG could help. After some research, I realized the BBB was going to be my best bet. I found many others had gone through the same problem with this particular retailer as I had. And they were resolved by BBB. So, I filed my complaint with BBB. The process was streamlined, and very user friendly. I was told they would pursue getting my refund. I waited and hoped they could . Within 2 weeks I had my refund deposited in my bank account. . Wow, was I ever surprised, ecstatic, and forever indebted to BBB. They recommended in the future, that I make sure all my purchases are through a company that’s been verified by BBB, as reputable. I learned my lesson, and now look for the BBB logo, on any site I visit. Thank you BBB!

BBB sided with the corporation and closed my case. The corporation claims it met our contract obligations. At no time did I receive what I contractually paid for. BBB has proven to me that they are for the corporation and not consumers like me.

I contacted the BBB because I was getting no response from a company I purchased an item through. The company stated they had a 100% guarantee if I was not satisfied with the product. I returned the product to the company after 30 days, which was within their conditions, and had not received my refund. I returned the product on 6/1/20. So after waiting and trying to get a response from the company for 7 weeks, I contacted the BBB. I opened a claim and they sent it to a local office in Colorado. I received the refund in full after 7 days from opening up a claim. They handled everything for me and I appreciate everything they did for me.

I opened a complaint against Frontier Airlines because they refused to refund me and only offered a 90 day voucher. Frontier Airlines cancelled my flights numerous times ( 4 times ) the last time was 4 days before my trip so I refused to re-book with them because I couldn't take a chance that they would cancel my flight again and leave my family and I stranded. In any case -- BBB closed my request - citing that a 90 day voucher was acceptable - even though every other airline is refunding you if they cancel flights - or offering 1 to 2 year vouchers if you need to cancel a flight. Also please note -- I booked my initial flight early January 2020 - BEFORE the coronavirus hit the US. They cancelled my initial flights and all the following re-bookings - citing coronavirus as an excuse. There are a ton of complaints right now against Frontier airlines because they are doing this to many many people. There are numerous lawsuits and government investigations -- yet BBB sides with the business? Sounds like BBB might have some incentives that are contrary to their stated purpose.

I contacted the BBB as my last result with fighting against Viasat for a cancellation fee. The service with Viasat was very bad for the 14 months I had it and I requested help from the BBB to resolve my issue. Absolutely nothing was done and now Viasat has submitted it on my credit report.

Looked for help with a mortgage processing company, Specialized Loan servicing, who has worst customer service. Issue was they overcharged me for a loan pay off and I was unable to get them to respond. After several months I was able to get a refund but with no help from BBB.
