I've always been a big fan of the BBB. When I lived in Idaho, they helped remedy a very financial matter with a local automotive business. Now, here in Colorado, concerning my awful property management company. They are quick to respond and do try to "fix" the problem. Very fair. I always tell people to check with the BBB when searching for a business/recommendation. Appreciate all they do.

No help in resolving complaint. Business lied about complaint, you sided with business, you always do. I was cheated out of a Veteran's benefit and no one cares. I will continue to fight this issue and try to expose the disrespect for Veterans shown by businesses and your organization.

What's the point of a complaint process if all you do is forward my emails to the company. I was already sending emails to the company. The fact that you just dismiss the complaint without the company even calling me was ridiculous and made the entire process pointless.

I feel like so many businesses take advantage of the consumer. I am happy to have a place to leave feed back so other people can be made aware. I only wish the BBB had more power.

I was not given an opportunity to respond to their one and only response. I was treated unfairly by not being able to upload documents or a rebuttal!

I would not recommend as I have had two complaints dismissed. I've never seen that happen with other offices. Both instances should have been able to process even if not able to mediate a resolution. I settled both instances myself by leveraging actual authorities agencies.

I really had the best experience with this company. They worked hard resolving my issue with a company I had issues with and addressed the situation in a timely manner. I was very satisfied with the outcome very fair with the issues. The lady I had resolve my issue I would like to Thank you for helping me and resolving this issue.

It is invaluable to have a forum to lodge a complaint, communicate with a business, and have an impartial referee, all with transparency to the public. My dispute with Sling TV was resolved, because it was public and fair.
