I've always been a big fan of the BBB. When I lived in Idaho, they helped remedy a very financial matter with a local automotive business. Now, here in Colorado, concerning my awful property management company. They are quick to respond and do try to "fix" the problem. Very fair. No help in resolving complaint. Business lied about complaint, you sided with business, you always do. I was cheated out of a Veteran's benefit and no one cares. I will continue to fight this issue and try to expose the disrespect for Veterans shown by businesses and your organization.

What's the point of a complaint process if all you do is forward my emails to the company. I was already sending emails to the company. The fact that you just dismiss the complaint without the company even calling me was ridiculous and made the entire process pointless. 02/21/17 |

I would not recommend as I have had two complaints dismissed. I've never seen that happen with other offices. Both instances should have been able to process even if not able to mediate a resolution.
I settled both instances myself by leveraging actual authorities agencies. 02/21/17 |

I really had the best experience with this company. They worked hard resolving my issue with a company I had issues with and addressed the situation in a timely manner. From the very start the BBB has been as professional . And we must say
being accredited with the BBB has really helped our credibility as a company
with our customers.. Along with references from our past customers we as a company
