I have nothing but praise for the BBB in Denver. I had been the patient customer of an organization that clearly was operating a shady... virtually criminal selling program, and had invested $150 in the product and within 5 minutes had buyer's remorse, and attempted to cancel the order... did not happen. It was "too late", and then the scam started, delays, returned the product unopened, months went by, more months went by... Finally in desperation I contacted BBB in Denver, and within a few days had my money!~ Amazing, don't know what carrot and stick was used, don't care, all I know, is that the BBB is dynamite against scams and poorly run businesses, and deserves recognition! The fact that you rate Frontier Airlines as A+ while their customer reviews and amount of customer complaints are sky-high. They receive a 1 star customer rating next to your A+ looks extremely fishy! Anyway I realize that businesses pay for you to exist and prop them up and you will in the end always side with them. It is just a sad commentary on our current business climate. On a bright note I did enjoy my email correspondence with Adam! Whatever you are paying him it isn't enough for the great job he is trying to do...

I received an immediate response from the merchant (after several attempts on my own) once BBB got involved. My complaint was handled with a very satifactory outcome. Thank you Better Business Bureau for giving consumers an avenue to dispute!

I am disappointed that AMR continued to refuse to adjust the bill to the agreed upon pricing and refused to not turn us over to collections though they are getting paid every month. Why would Colorado Springs contract with such a company?

I contacted the BBB about a dispute with a large airline and although the airline refused to compromise on a situation where they couldn't provide the services they promised for a credit voucher, the BBB considered the case adequately satisfied. I don't think anyone that knew the details would agree but I tried to handle it reasonably. I guess I found my answer about how much the BBB can help when a large corporation takes advantage of consumers...

I had a serious problem with KETOBHBREAL online weight loss products company. They took $300.00 from me and my doctor advised me not to take medicine, I returned the medicine and this company would not give me back my refund. I fought with them for 2 months and then I reported them to the BBB. Once I did that I got my refund back. Had I not reported them I would not have received my money. Please do not use this company for anything! They are horrible and will only take your money and give you nothing but heartache.

Briefly: Ordered $400 merchandise on the last day of business for a company in Colorado. Next day all communication stopped. After 2 or 3 weeks I was giving up and wondering where to go next. I wrote to BBB and within a day or two I received a response from BBB. I was pleased with the very prompt reply and within a day of their reply the company updated their website and I did get my stuff. Mostly the BBB calmed me down knowing that I had a responsive person in my corner. Thank you BBB.

I was very impressed with how fast BBB was in getting back to me, relaying messages back and forth and resolving an issue I was having. By using BBB, I received a full refund where I want able to get it on my own as the company was ignoring me. Thank you to the Denver unit for helping me all the way in Ontario! I was very disappointed in the handling of my dispute towards Frontier Airlines. Your determination they made a good faith effort to provide a resolution is false. They in fact refused to refund a ticket I can not use because of the Covid-19 stay in place and you did nothing about it!

I furnished a copy of the bill clearly showing unlimited data. I also furnished a copy of their contract from my account page clearly showing it was not signed at all. They furnished an improperly signed contract that I showed BBB is not how my name is signed small peter and not aligned with my last name and the script for peter is different from the script for my last name. Their technician set up the entire account and the direct billing using my Charge Card.. He even set up the password not me. Yet BBB accepted all that VIASAT said. Not to happy with either

Could not resolve the issue after a few hours on the phone with Western Union. The were unhelpful and we ended up in an infinite loop of who I should talk to next. After filing a complaint with BBB. I very quickly heard from someone in their corporate office who resolved the issue in 5 minutes.

Had a problem with Frontier Airlines They did not follow through with an agreement to transfer a credit into airline miles. Once the BBB was contacted Frontier airlines they agreed they were wrong and I received what was agreed on. The BBB process is easy to follow. They lead the way for you to file a detailed complaint and deliver it to the correct party at the business you are trying to contact. I tried to contact Frontier airlines myself but to no avail they kind of brushed me off Thank you BBB for stepping in and putting the customer first.

After a month long attempt, with more than 30 emails, to correct an issue, with not a single response, I contacted the BBB, for assistance. Within 24 hours, the company contacted me and refunded the full price. I believe had I not got the BBB involved, I'd still be attempting to contact this company. I appreciate an entity like the BBB, that holds companies accountable! Thank you!

I had a problem with Viasat’s Exede internet service. I wanted to terminate the contract and they would not respond to any attempt to do so. I had to cancel my credit card to make them stop charging me for the service I was not receiving. They did respond to the complaint I filed with the BBB but they have refused to refund the money they took from my credit card after I canceled the service. Therefore my complaint is filed under “unresolved,” and apparently Viasat does not care because they have a bad reputation already.

I have sought help from the BBB three times, and the last two times were recent. In all three cases, after informing the BBB of problems (with three separate companies) the problems were all resolved. I'm grateful to the BBB for helping consumers get legitimate concerns with businesses taken care of.

I’ve never been in a situation where a company has been totally dishonest, not honoring their word to make a situation right. After they finally gave me directions to return their product, I returned the product, and then never heard from them again. I decided to try the Better Business Bureau. Once on their website I was able to see testimonials from other customers that were having the exact same problem I was having with this company. The day after I filed my complaint, I got an email from the company through the Better Business Bureau, and a full refund in my account the day after that. I couldn’t be more satisfied with the results! Thank you BBB!!
