I was shuffled through the process with no engagement by a member of the BBB staff. I even waited until they resumed operations/engagement with the business due to the pandemic with hopes of resolving the matter to avail. I continued to be proactive with BBB but unfortunately they were not. I wasted my time for the past 5 months. I felt like It was a get it through the process and immediately close it off to catch up anything outstanding matter by the BBB. I’m use to superb customer service/interaction by BBB. It did not occur.

The BBB has always been a great help in attempting to resolve disputes with merchants that think they can cheat and get away with poor business practices. However this instance even though the BBB did a great job in assisting the merchant refused to do anything to resolve the issue and the BBB was unable to resolve the complaint and this the complaint was closed. All I can hope is that my complaint will remain as a black mark on the merchants record and other consumers will review and think twice before using Frontier Airlines

Even though there was a 2 year contract in place that had not reached it's expiration date Dish raised my monthly TV rate while still holding me to my end of the agreement. Calling Dish direct about this got me nowhere. After filing a complaint with the BBB I was contacted by a Dish representative and a new agreement was reached.

This last spring I had an unfortunate event with a vendor. Although most businesses were shut down and BBB was on a skeleton crew, they still reached out to me and to the vendor and did everything they could do.

I reached out to the BBB regarding condemnable customer service with a roofing company, specifically the deliberate refusal to honor their warranty. While no explicit response was requested, it would've been appreciated if I were kept abreast on what, if any, action/consequences were levied against the company. I sincerely hope they are flagged to protect future consumers.

I had been ripped off by a company in Denver, that offered a KETO PLUS DIET on Facebook. They never gave the refund they promised, instead they kept my 255$ and the returned items. For 11 months I tried to get my money back but got nothing but excuses. When I found a FB site that was full with peoples' comments how they have been ripped off by the same company I decided to take things further. That's how I heard of the BBB and contacted them. Within a few weeks I got most of my money back. I cannot tell you how relieved and grateful I am for their help! Thank you from Germany!

I was taking advantage by the business provider and other people will do as well. I feel frustrated that none had interest in resolving the scam and none became responsible for the way I was economically abused.

My primary complaint was not addressed in that I requested a refund. The company said they had not control over others that use their platform, which I do not accept. So all in all, none of my issues were truly addressed.

I was more than surprised at how quickly my complaint about the business was handled! I received several messages from BBB letting me know how things were going as well as how to proceed. I previously thought the BBB was strictly for complaints that would viewable by other patrons of the businesses. I now know that they help resolve whatever issue you are having with sed business... Very well and expeditiously handled

I was hesitant to voice my complaint but I was paying for a service that did not function properly. The BBB answered my e-mail within 24 hours and I received a call from the corporate office you forwarded my complaint to that same day. Although we waited two weeks for the correction, we agreed to the terms. My husband and I are very satisfied with the outcome. Thank you.

The company making an effort does not mean a company policy is equitable, fair or is respectful of customer rights. I was really hoping for BBB to hold them accountable, but they really dropped the ball in holding a company providing 50% of a service but keeping 100% of the money. It is no wonder why wealth inequality continues to expand when we choose companies over customer voices. I paid for a service and they just laid off all their employees and kept all the profit. Disgusting. It isn't even comparable with other industry responses from other similar services/companies...

Every time I write to the BBB with a complaint, it is a waste of time! The companies know what they can get away with and never answer! The BBB never marks them down and they do it more to their clients and customers. Waste of time!

Very friendly people at BBB, they tried to help me. The people at WOW were worthless. They caused us grief from the first day and through out the year. They broke more than they fixed and overcharged us and put it my charge card. There was no working with them and they constantly lied to me. Glad to be rid of them. Just read the reviews and complaints online for WOW.

This BBB does not represent the consumer. They fold to any business, like Frontier, when that business treats clients poorly. A mockery of a once respected institution. Not worth your time to file a claim.

BBB handled my complaint quickly and professionally! After a very frustrating experience with a business, I initially felt I had no recourse, but after contacting BBB, I was pleasantly surprised to get a positive response from the business. It makes such a difference to know there is somewhere to go when you feel you have been treated unfairly.

Complaint never made it to the company. The third-party associate the complaint was about kept responding instead, and kept repeating the false information that the complaint was intended to address until BBB just closed it without any resolution. I asked to have it resent to the correct business and BBB refused. They said the company made a "good faith effort" when this individual just lied and lied (I had physical evidence of this) until BBB gave up

The BBB of Denver was absolutely awesome! After 4 months and my Visa card bank doing nothing to help, l contacted them and within days l had all my money refunded from the scammer! I also filed with the FTC. But the BBB of Denver solved my issue and got all my lost money credited! I am beyond thankful for their fabulous service! They did what a very large bank or my Visa card idiots really never tried! USE THE BBB ANYTIME YOU NEED HELP! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM! GREAT JOB BBB, WELL DONE!!

July 31, 2020 MESSAGE FROM BUSINESS: Our apologies to the Customer for the incomplete punch list; our office was never made aware of the project being incomplete. We have scheduled our crew to come out over the weekend (within 48 hours) and left a message for the Customer that we plan to complete the punch list he requested. Result: Nothing happened. They never sent anyone out to fix the punch list items! August 14, 2020 MESSAGE FROM BUSINESS: We were able to speak with Customer today to review the scope of work and agree upon a plan of action. The correction will be completed over the weekend and should be 100% complete by Monday. Result: Nothing happened. They never sent anyone out to fix the problems AGAIN! What did the BBB have to say? WHAT IS THE NEXT STEP? Better Business Bureau has determined that the business made a good faith effort to answer the complaint and has now closed it There is no action for you to take at this time. We will contact you when we next require your input. This company lied to me (the customer not once, but twice.) This company lied to the BBB not once, but twice and the BBB let them off believing they had made a Good Faith Offer. They'll offer anything to get you to leave them alone, but they refuse to honor their own contract.

Placed a complaint. Company responded with an effective, "No I didn't" and BBB closed out the incident as resolved. What a crock of baloney. I'm going to have to file another one. You'd think supporting evidence of my side helps, but if all it takes is 'nuh uh' to get complaints removed, then what the hell is the the BBB supposed to be for? It's NOT a valid representation of trustfulness.
