I would like to thank the Better Business Bureau for a quick solution to my frustration over the cancellation of my flight on Frontier Airlines. . I received an e-mail that Frontier will refund the cost of my ticket. Again, thank you very much. This was regarding Complaint #14403697.

Seems to be business friendly, so ratings should be taken with a grain of salt. My issue was resolved without my input; only the businesses input which was fabricated and I had to reopen it. Best thing to do is call them and speak to someone live, as their online comm system is really geared towards muzzling complaints in favor of the businesses side of things.

Generated a complaint to a business via BBB. The business replied, "Thank you for submitting a complaint. We're glad you considered using us and hope that you continue to use us in the future." There was no intention of providing resolution from the business, yet, the BBB, I thought, was supposed to read through these responses and weed out this nonsense. A complete waste of time. The rating of the business hasn't changed because the business knows how to 'play' the BBB 'game'.

After several attempts and contacting the company myself, I was pursuing a refund for items never shipped to me. I finally "threatened" the company by stating I would share information through my social media channels as well as contact the BBB if the issue was not resolved. I received no response, so I registered a complaint with the BBB. It worked! Within 48-hours I had my refund! I thought the BBB process was simple and easy to complete and I appreciate the emails which kept me updated on the case.

Easy and quick process to file a business services complaint. In my case, the company I had issues with eventually provided the full refund I was expecting. I believe the BBB is a valuable organization as they monitor business practices in behalf of the consumer. Thank you BBB!

They helped me to get out from the scammers of home advisor home advisor is really bad company , my advice to BBB ,is to take out home Advisor from there system the last shot I had is BBB in order to get the home advisor out they help me to cancel my account with them home advisor they scared from BBB BBB GOOD JOB

I had an issue with a company and wanted a refund for the items I never received. The BBB site was easy to use as I basically could just enter the information and then wait for a response. I will say that after entering the complaint, within 48-hours, I had my refund. So, the BBB works! I hope I never have to use the complaint process again, but if I do, I know the BBB has my back and will help me get what is rightfully mine.

Not sure why BBB doesn't regulate Airlines? Horrible service from Frontier Airlines. I had to reschedule my vacation dates due to covid-19 and elected to take airline credit. I had to reschedule our vacation,flights and ground travel. After everything was rescheduled again, FRONTIER Airlines cancelled our flight and changed our flights departure and return to completely different days. I requested a refund back to my credit card but Frontier Airlines refused to. Frontier Airlines states by law they can only refund back to the previous form of payment which was the airline credit. I found another airline that had matched flight dates but can't afford it because the BBB thinks Frontier Airlines made a good faith attempt. Thanks BBB!

The BBB was very helpful in resolving what I thought was a fraudulent business. This business was investigated & in turn was not. After sending the shipping price for a trail size of a supplement & cleanser, this business did not send me the trail size, proceeded to debit my card a costly amount for a full supply which I did not authorized. Finally, I was able to call this business to tell them that they would be looked into, soon after my card was fully credited back with the amount taken along with the trail size shipping/handling charged. I did received the trail size without any cost to me. Resolved.......

Well, things went fast and smooth. I have been trying to reach the defaulting company to solve my dispute, and no matter how many emails I sent to ask for resolution they were all ignored. But the moment I reached out to BBB, the defaulting company that was unresponsive became SUDDENLY willing to respond... and eventually BBB has made things simple and the matter was resolved far more faster than expected. Will definitely recommend the BBB.

When deciding to choose someone to provide a service I need, I always look to BBB to see if this provider has complaints and if so how they have chosen to respond to those complaints. I have made complaints about businesses and every time the business involved has been quick to respond because no one wants to have an unresolved BBB complaint on their business record. Thanks BBB.

I had an issue with getting a refund situation taken care of with Frontier Airlines and the BBB stepped in and finally got some traction after I had been getting the run around for the past 6 months. Within 2 weeks, I had contact with the folks who could make things happen. Thank you BBB.

Filed complaint against Frontier Airlines for not providing refund for flight they cancelled. Even though Frontier is not a BBB member, the BBB contacted them and I got a full refund in only a week. They did a great job and I thank them.

I had an issue with a streaming service and could not get anyone at the company in management to listen to my issue. I contacted the BBB and within two days I had a person on the phone, who was polite and helpful, resolve my issue. If not for the BBB I would have been out of luck. It also helped the company because I was going to share my bad experience and try my luck at small claims court. Thank you BBB for this essential service both the company and I are better off because of the service you offer.

I live far away from Denver and its BBB but the engagement was just the same as if they were next door. Prompt.....got immediately attention from the business we disputed with and took care of problem asap.

The BBB urges the company to do the right thing. Companies can say they have their hands tied or have policies that they can’t make a mistake right but there is always ways to make it right to a customer.

I am disappointed in the Denver BBB. The business that I lodged a complaint about did NOT address my issue and the BBB would not go back to that business and ask them to address my issue. Instead all I received was the same standard response that others received that did not address the issue. I entered another complain to specifically address the issue and the BBB would not send this request to the business. Not very professional.

Typical of BBB I have used them in the past and had no resolution it was the same this time. All they did was take the businesses response, post it and call the case closed. No research, no request for documents. I won't ever use them again.

The Better Business Bureau of Denver seems to have a "relationship" with AAS. In my case, they allowed this business to respond to a complaint and close the complaint without any arbitration from BBB. There is no way that AAS can have an A rating with over 450 complaints of bad customer service.

Complete waste of my time. All BBB did was continuously sent my emails back to the same Frontier Airline Rep for them to continue their LOUSY service. I doubt there was even a person reviewing my concern before sending my responses off. BBB did not assist with anything but creating more frustration. Frontier airline is screwing thousands of people over by not refunding airline fare due to Covid19. There was no agreeable outcome!

I had tried to contact Century Link to help them resolve my problem but there was no response. After contacting the Better Business Bureau, my complaint was resolved and I received my check from them today to help compensate for their mistake. While the issue was address by the BBB and the company responded to the BBB, that is as far as it went. The complaint was closed because the company responded and said they were working the issue. That is what I have heard for the last several months from the company and to this date the issue is still unresolved.
