Nothing was done at all about my situation. I just got back off a week long vacation and my service was supposed to be taken care of today, and again the home buyer warranty company's process fell through. The response I got from the home buyers warranty company was not satisfactory. I couldnt make that a response before the BBB closed it out. The only reason why I did not respond to the response from the company was because it was still pending completion, that is why this BBB's process gets 1 star. 4 months and I am still waiting to get my HVAC fixed with a newborn and we are all still being subjected to extreme temperatures due to the complete negligence of 2-10 Home Buyers Warranty.

Not much to say because there wasn't much the BBB did. As an organization that touts being an advocate for the consumer, they sure have me fooled. An unacceptable response was received from the business I was seeking help with. No chance to reply. The BBB simply stated that they made an effort and closed the complaint. Shame on the BBB. Too bad I cant file a complaint on them....They would probably just close it! What a joke!

although the last time I used the BBB they helped bring resolution, this time they did not get the job done, even a little. I ended up getting the whole thing resolved my self by getting in touch with a supervisor. Once I did, it worked out quickly and exactly like I wanted.

I was exceptionally thankful to have a forum to air my grievance with a company that has had many problems in the past and now. Even though they advertise their service as being "unlimited", it has far short-coming in producing what they advertise. They need to change. I am escalating to the FCC to address this problem.

If business reviews are not seen by potential customers, there is no motivation for businesses to be better. Reputation is a big deal, but let's work to make businesses better and not simply walk through formalities that really show no good faith effort to help businesses improve.

I was never contacted and the issue was never resolved. Morgan's paving never made it right and I had to have all the work torn out and redone as well as repairing my entire sidewalk and sprinkler system.

I had to ask for a reply several times. Your reply, after I asked, stated the business sent an e-mail to me responding to the complaint. You did send me a copy of the response (thanks because I never got anything from Centurylink). I don't really see where it was worth reporting.

The dispute filed recently with BBB was only PARTIALLY resolved. I complained about several issues. ONE item was resolved. The others were not. The rep did not give me a chance to respond to the company or ask if I was satisfied with the company's response - he just closed the dispute without my input, so no, I am not satisfied. I feel that an appropriate response is to confirm with the initiator of the complaint to determine satisfaction/resolution. I had to reopen a dispute to address the remaining issues that were unresolved.

I am being asked to provide feedback on the resolution of my dispute, but to my knowledge, no action has been taken. I have not received a phone call, or email, or any communication that any steps have been taken on my behalf. I have left a voice message to follow up on the online form I submitted two weeks ago.

I was grateful for BBB's help and felt some justice in the fact that Perch Chairs & Stools' BBB rating is now a C because the company did not respond appropriately to my complaint. Perch is not BBB accredited. Buyer beware their product warranty is nothing but empty words.

I filed a complaint about a cell phone provider and in less than 2 weeks it was taken care of. This was a $1200 issue that I couldn't let go. I had tried with the company myself for over a month and was still not getting results. My issue is resolved, I'm glad we have somewhere to go when companies continue to take advantage of people.

This was the worst experience of my life. I have never had a person a professional lie cheat and steal like this man has. He took my money and he has had it since August 26 and I'm still waiting for my money. He has done no work either!!! Don't do it call somebody else !!!!

After trying for months to get in contact with Keto BHB Real for a refund, then trying to contact the Norton Shopping Guarantee with out any luck, and going through Master Card Dispute Team with no luck, I had basically given up. It was over $400.00 canadian that I would have lost but I found BBB when I looked up Keto complaints and thought that this would be my last shot at getting a refund. The BBB was amazing!!! Within a couple days I had a note back from Keto BHB Real saying that they would refund my card!!! I am so impressed by BBB that I have told lots of people about the great work they do!!! Thanks a Million

The business that I had an issue was not accredited. However, I was asked questions and had no way to reply. Usually it will give an option too, but because it said no need action was needed I had no way to reply to the questions being asked. I did respond via regular email but I have no idea if it was ever received since I never received a response from the email or in the complaint.

I did not feel that making a complaint was worth while. All you did was relay my complaint to Viasat. Then whatever Viasat replied was it. Nobody seemed to listen to the details of my situation. Viasat is a terrible company and nobody seems to care.

Although BBB was very responsive the end result almost made the effort a waste as there is no recourse against the vendor. Some how vendors who cheat, lie or steal need to be held accountable!

It doesn't appear my complaint was reviewed by anyone. On a positive note, it did provide a platform for the company I filed the complaint against (Two Men and a Truck) to respond to me. I was pleased with that because I couldn't get the company to talk to me before, but BBB did not assist whatsoever. It seems like it was just an automated system. I think if anyone at BBB would have read the things that the company I filed the complaint about was writing to me, they would have interfered and found that my complaint was valid, and that this particular company intentionally took steps to take advantage of me and dramatically overcharged me.

I have been trying to contact someone since April of 2020 to return the order for a refund with no luck. I could not even reach the Norton Shopping Guarantee to help. I tried the master card dispute team and they could not do anything since it was a trial offer. I could not afford over $400.00 they charged on my card. When I came across all the complaints on BBB I thought this is my last chance. They emailed right back saying it was received and being forwarded and that I could expect a reply from the company. I received the reply from the company and they offered my refund so I was totally happy. BBB is the best thing out there to help anyone with this sort of issue!!! Thanks a Million. For ever Great Full!

Working with BBB online was a smooth process. I was extremely pleased with their quick response. They kept me up to date every step of the way. It was very efficient. I had season tickets to the Denver nuggets that they would not refund my money for after the season was canceled due to covid. I waited 7 months and finally decided to file a complaint with the BBB. After I filed my complaint, it only took 10 days to get my money refunded to me thanks to the BBB.

I felt that all you did was relay my comments to Viasat and send me their response. It didn't matter what Viasat said - you considered them "right" and closed the file. Viasat is totally messed up and it doesn't seem to matter.

Sling TV charged me double for their services from Mar. 2019 until Aug. 2020. They set up two accounts in my name. BBB contacted them after my attempts to rectify the situation ended up a dead end. A representative from Sling headquarters contacted me less than 2 weeks later and refunded my money days later. Very happy with the outcone.
