Complaint took too long to get resolved. No attempt by BBB was made to force company to stop misrepresenting its shipping policy.

I would give 0 stars if I could. They did absolutely nothing to help me with Frontier Airlines. Frontier kept giving the same response and after a few times the BBB determined that Frontier did enough to satisfy the complaint and closed it.

Two months of waiting for Tuff Shed to install my shed, which I already paid for. Made multiple calls to Tuffshed and they absolutely refused to communicate with me. No updates , no install date estimate. Nothing! A complaint to BBB and my installation was scheduled within a few days. Its sad that it had to come to that but kudos to the BBB. Great job getting this company moving.

Amazing! I contacted the BBB regarding problems I was having with a large company, I didn’t think that it was going to do any good but it was my last hope. Not only did they fix the problem that I had but the company also credited my account with a generous sum of money. I am so glad that I contacted them, because the company had refused to help me at all. All of the customer service reps refused to even listen to me even though it was a blatant mistake on THEIR part.

If I could I’d rate this BBB zero stars. They did absolutely nothing to help me other than forwarding my complaint to the vendor. The vendor, Frontier Airlines, refused my request and BBB closed my complaint! Don’t even bother with them. Complete waste of time.

BBB did a horrible job with a COMPLAINT ON 2-10 HOME WARRANTY SERVICE. There was little to no reply and it's just another case open and the companies ranking doesn't change. 2-10 HOME WARRANTY PAYS BBB, so BBB is going to be on their side , as that is where their bread is buttered !!!!!!! BOTH COMPANIES ARE USELESS !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Once I filed my complaint The contractor contacted me the next day. Problem was resolved within a week. Thank you BBB for all your help.

This was the first time I had ever filed a complaint with the BBB. I had exhausted all efforts of solving the issues that I had with Tuff Shed. I was contacted right away after I filed my complaint. I am still dealing with a refund from Tuff Shed but I feel that filing with the BBB did get my situation to someone that was ready to help me.

Top notch, customer focused and fast service. I wrote one letter which took me around 5 minutes on the BBB website, they apparently did the rest because my issue was resolved. There was a collection on my credit that I felt was wrongfully put there. Apparently they agreed. I saw it was taken off my credit before I heard anything else from the company, which by the way is a BIG company. Great service!

I am so grateful we have such a wonderful service to keep businesses somewhat accountable for bullying the consumer . I spent 3 hours plus moving up the chain of customer service with frontier airlines only to be shut down obnoxiously by the so called head of the "final stop" as she described herself. I even said to the rep everyone who with similar issues as myself that utilized the BBB to assist in resolving their disputes was immediately given credit when due.. The annoyed rep said her department also handled all BBB complaints and I would not be credited. Within roughly 3 days Frontier airlines reached out and offered the resolution I personally fought for over 3 hours to achieve to no avail...I immediately received my credits as I should have from the beginning. Thank you so much BBB I could not have resolved this matter to my satisfaction without your assistance!

I spent over a year attempting to get a refund of an overpayment. 1 call and 3 letters didnt even merit a reply. 14 days after submitting to BBB I had an a answer and 14 days after that, I had my $400 refund check. Thank you so nuch.

Even though my complaint had no resolution, it provided an avenue for me to get the information out there regarding the business that, not only did not refund my money , but also chose not to respond to BBB. People need to be aware of that company's negative business practices and not to do business with them.

I submitted a complaint online to BBB Sunday, October 25, 2020 at approximately 9:00pm . I received a response an email by 9:00am.Monday morning The complaint was transferred to the appropriate business and I received two phone calls by Wednesday. Saturday, six days later, my case was resolved.

Hi, I am unlikely to recommend your service but only b/c I am in Australia. I used your service as I had a bad experience with an American company. I have little legal understanding but from my experience I was treated courteously and as positively as you could within the bounds of what you are allowed to do. The law isn't about helping as such but setting the rules of how you can operate. Businesses often can be better if they are more flexible but that's life.

While I understand that BBB wants all correspondence to be on record as e-mail or written letters, there are some business owners that do not read or write English. English is not the official language of the U.S.A. and there are many people that do not speak fluent English. The BBB representative could not call the owner's phone and leave an English voice message for them to call the BBB, even if they made a note in the file. There was also no way for the BBB to write an e-mail in another language, such as Spanish in this case, so the owner could read and possibly respond. I realize that it is the responsibility of the owner to have their personal and business e-mails and letters translated, however it would have made it easy for this particular owner to hear and read a neutral voice. The owner did not have anyone read the e-mails to him, so still believes that I am complaining about 2 small leaks in the sprinkler pipes. He has no clue about the safety issues with the deck railing, the sharp, exposed edging or the sprinkler head hazards. I will be calling my lawyer, HOAs, and government offices to further complain to get a resolution. I don't think I would have had to do that if the owner would have been able to discuss it with a BBB representative in Spanish. Communication is key in any dispute and the BBB has its hands tied behind its back for mitigating disputes involving different languages. It would not be difficult to find employees that speak both English and Spanish or French or Mandarin. I would still recommend for everyone to call the BBB with complaints, because I think the process works well, in English.

I feel the BBB has too easily taken the side of the business instead of the consumer. I did not get a reply from the business to my last communication before the complaint was closed.

I’ve gotten help from the BBB a few times. I try to solve the issue myself first, but if the vendor does not respond I’ve filed a complaint with the BBB. Within a few days the vendors respond and the problems were resolved. Thank you very, very much.

I was very dissatisfied with Home Advisor system and lost a money, not even using there service. My English and writing skills is not good enough to fight with big corporation and I though, that BBB may help, trying to understand my complaint, but they only resend it to Home Advisor and there opinion was final. I am not able to fight with them and instead of get a money back from them, I paid to Collectors what ever they asked.
