Submitted a claim/report, which was promptly acknowledged. Never heard any update or status. No response at all. They did nothing for me and then asked for a rating a month later. Almost as disappointing as the CenturyLink issue I was reporting.

Asked for help with a scam site I ordered from and lost 400$. They removed their business location from the site. I got no help in locating or resolving this problem. Very disappointed as this has been going on since March 2020.

The BBB has done a great job so far. The reason for 4 stars is that it isn't resolved yet. I've only received lip service from the company I've had an issue with. This issue will take a full month to resolve.

Going back and forth withe BBB for months and nothing was resolved. Centurylink has terrible customer service and poor quality. Therefore reaching out to them and BBB did not solve our issues at all and in our area we do not have any other options for providers.

For 2 months I tried to get a refund for a defective watch with only run-a-round from you can save. About one week after notifying BBB on my problem I received notice from u-you can save my e-check was on it's way. I know contacting BBB is the "only" reason.

It's a wonderful thing to know that the little man has someone like the BBB to help them to resolved conflict between them and big business and to let other consumers know to beware of a certain company before doing business with them. I sent them three complaints they were able to resolve two complaints I sent to them but one was not resolved they did their best. They did not leave me hanging they gave me further information on who to contact to get more help to resolve my issue with this last company. They were not upset at me because I had used them previously they still treated and helped me with the same respect and concern with all my complaints. Thank you BBB

I was NEVER contacted by the Denver BBB and in fact, the Denver BBB attempted to pass this case off to another BBB - clearly the Denver BBB did not want to upset one of its members

After filing my complaint with the BBB I was contacted via email the very next day by the business I had a dispute with and notified that the charges to my account would be refunded. I was not able to contact the business directly as they made it very hard to contact them. They have a website that is hard to navigate and call center with a 4 hour wait time. A email inquiry to the BBB website is all it took. Thanks a million!

BBB is a great place to identify businesses and the ratings of the businesses. It helped me a lot with getting my problems resolved and the company I was having problems with did what they said they're going to do and fixed my problems and issues. So I would recommend using BBB to identify companies and issues with those companies and also to get whatever problems and issues you have with the company you're dealing with gets resolved.

No help at all. Frontier air lines should not be able to do what they did, last second cancelations with no payment for inconvenience. We missed the wedding because of them, yet, somehow it was acceptable for them to offer a return flight 3 weeks after our original return date..."its not a part of their policy"....Your internal policy only protects the company from losing money and allowing them to keep their profits at all costs...

The BBB helped me dispute late fees for the express toll in Colorado. The expressway had used my physical address instead of my mailing address and late fees totaled $70.00. I appreciate their help.

No help with frontier airlines last second cancelations. We missed our trip 100% because of a frontier airline cancelation, which was for a wedding, and were awarded no inconvenience remedy. How is this ok?

If it weren't for BBB and whoever took care of my issue at their end, I'm sure this would not have been resolved. I tried many times to get this resolved on my own with no luck. My issue was finally resolved with the assistance of BBB. I would recommend BBB to anyone who is having problems with a business.

I used BBB to help settle a dispute over a vehicle warranty through Car Shield. Without the BBB's assistance I would not have gotten my vehicle's repair covered under the warranty with Car Shield. After filing a claim with BBB it only took one week before BBB contacted Car Shield. A week later Car Shield agreed to honor my contract and repair my vehicle. Thank you for your assistance BBB!

I have filled 2 complaints in the past through BBB. They have both been resolved smoothly and efficiently. My recent complaint was against Western Union money transfer- I received my refund promptly thanks to BBB's intervention. Unfortunately, I was left with a fairly huge lawyers fee (fine) resulting from the delay in payment of the money to the designated account by WU. They couldn't care less to fix the mess they put me into. I have been a frequent user of their money transfer services in the past but not anymore

Your back & forth dialogue exposed a new lie from the vendor. I wished that you would have proposed my suggestion rather than closing the claim. FYI, I wrote Colorado's ATG and copied 7 of Florida's top elected/appointed political officials plus the USA ATG.

The BBB doesn't do anything - a company, Big Splash Pools owned by Jimmy Howe, ripped us off, he took our $2,670 deposit and won't call us back. The BBB tried to contact him, couldn't reach him, and closed the case. The BBB said "this might impact the company's rating". Might?? Jimmy stole from us. WTH?
