I have lost almost $300 to this so called company - KETO. I sent the products back to them. They received their products the following week. This company told me they would be depositing my money back into my account the week of Dec. 3. I NEVER received it. So I'm very unhappy with them. I hoped that the BBB could help me with this situation......

I was getting leary and found no other avenue to pursue except to contact BBB for resolution to my complaint. I had no idea that BBB would consider my complaint as a valid one to follow-up on. To my surprise the BBB handled my complaint with expediency and I was contacted by the company within 5 days. The matter was resolved within 10 business days. I thank the BBB for being there - working for the consumer and getting involved - no matter how large or small your complaint may be.

My dispute started during the Christmas / New Year holiday stretch when Denver office was with their families. This I understand. Knowing that I was approaching the Denver office for aid in finding resolution the business in question was eager to work with me. As soon as the office returned from the holidays a presentative made an immediate call to ensure the issue was solved. I was impressed by the efficiency of BBB. They contacted the business that concerned me, and the business responded in a satisfactory way. All I had to do was go online to BBB and file my complaint, and BBB did the rest.

The BBB was the only organization that could solve my problem. I had tried to get effective help from several government and private agencies over a period of about 3 months to get a company to reimburse me for damages caused by one of their contractors, but to no avail. It took only about 3 days for the BBB to resolve this problem. Kudos to the BBB!

Had a complaint against QE Building company who shorted me major parts for a steel building. Thee BBB sent them 1 email and did not even care about the facts or what had happened. Very disappointed in their work ethic, not doing their job. Too much of that now days.

I was double charged for a purchase I made online. I spent two weeks trying to resolve the issue directly with the merchant. I was never able to reach anyone that would help. I was repeatadly transferred and told I would be contacted by someone the following day. I went onto the BBB website one morning, wrote a review, and explained the situation. By the afternoon of the same day there was a pending refund displayed on my credit card online account view.

The answer that Premier Roofing gave the BBB shouldn’t have been acceptable—it’s too vague and doesn’t answer most of the complaints I have. To date, the roofing project is still unfinished and most likely will be for some time to come.

The complaint was resolved very quickly, within 12 hours. I could not get the attention of the Vail Resorts any other way - emails, phone calls, etc. I’m very pleased with the BBB of Denver.

We did get a prompt response from WOW (Wide Open West ) Cable Company. But Like the past with WOW, They claimed to check into the issue and respond within 48 Hours. That didn't happen. With Covid-19 We were requested to drop off equipment in a drop box at their location 29th of June 2020. We did and the issue is they claim they never received the equipment. During a second conversation with WOW they claim they are missing 1 of the 2 Items. the issue is still not resolved as of this listing 8th of December 2020.

The whole point of filing a complaint with the BBB is to get a resolution and I did not. That not ok to me. If I’d had known there wouldn’t be a resolution I wouldn’t have wasted my time.

If it was not for BBB, I would still be trying to get the business to reimburse me my money as they promised. Before submitted my concern to BBB, the company stopped responding to my emails and seized from fulfilling what they promised. BBB stepped in as an intermediary and the President began working to fulfill my refund. Thank you BBB for being an advocate for others.

I documented a two part problem. One was an overpayment the other was an issue with membership and COVID restrictions. The resolution was to agree to not pursue the insurance coverage with membership or they would not refund the overpayment. BBB said that was acceptable. That is not acceptable. Two issues. One should not be contingent on the other for resolution. VERY DISSATISFIED.

The Denver Better Business Bureau office helped me to resolve a complaint with Vail Resorts. I was unable to contact anyone at this company for weeks due to high call volumes and understaffing. Within 12 hours of BBB posting the complaint, it was resolved by Vail Resorts. I’m very pleased!!

I filed a complaint with a business recently. BBB got the attention of the businesses executive team who reached out the very next day to resolve my complaint. I was shocked to even get any results. This is the first time ever I’ve used BBB and the results are amazing. I highly recommend them if you cannot resolve a problem with a business directly.

I had been a customer of Craftsy and when they changed to Bluprint, I subscribed there instead. When I got the announcement that Bluprint was also closing, I cancelled my subscription some time in August (I believe) Then, in November, my bank was charged by Craftsy for $79 annual membership fee! I couldn't find a way to get to them - since so many companies now work very hard to make sure you can't contact them - I was pretty annoyed. So I contacted the BBB and sure enough, three weeks later, there was the full $79 refund credited to my bank account. Thank you BBB!

I sought the help of the Better Business Bureau to aid me with a dispute with another company. I was very impressed and satisfied with the level of service provided to me by the Better Business Bureau. Thank you Better Business Bureau. My issue was resolved within a few days after submission. I am no longer experiencing anxiety and stress. If you have a dispute with a company, I woukd recommend you submit your complaint with the Better Business Bureau. They help diligently in resolving issues.

Dear BBB Director / Complaint Office; I would like to extend my gratitude for your expedient response to my recent complaint. Of which I have attached a copy of the complaint for your reference. It is such a great relief to know there is someone to turn to when the big business is taking advantage, for no better words, the little guy. I don’t exactly know what you did, but within weeks of sending my complaint/concern to you I received a call from American Auto Shield, acknowledging their error and willingness to resolve the issue. Although they didn’t agree to the $3,838.60 as requested, they did agree to reimburse us $3,418.64 and after their explanation this was acceptable. Thanks again for your assistance and support.
