Without BBB, I would not have been able to get in touch with the company I had been trying to reach by phone and email for months. After submitting the complaint with BBB, I got a response within days. I appreciate the help!

Before my complaint I could only reach a customer service telling me that they understood my point of view but were unable to help. After my complaint, when I called back the customer service, they gave me another number with somebody doing everything to give me satisfaction. It looks that your intervention put me in contact with another level of customer service with the power and mission to give me satisfaction

“Great Experience”: I want to thank the BBB for helping me resolve my issue with a corporation that just wanted to do nothing but put me in a bind and make things difficult. If it wasn’t for the BBB and the website they provide many businesses would straighten there act up. I recommend if you have a problem with a business and you have done all you can to try to resolve it to no avail then the BBB will help you work to a solution. Thank you so much and I know your website/help was very helpful.

I understand that the BBB is limited in their ability to force a resolution. However, the business did not address my complaint in their initial response. When I pointed that out and tried to clarify as much as I could in my counter response the company sent exactly the same letter and the BBB determined that was sufficient. That aspect of it was very disappointing that the business did not address my complaint or even care to change their response and the BBB still sided with them somehow.

Upon contacting the BBB to resolve an issue with Centurylink I had a response from both companies eager to resolve the issue.. They are good to follow-up on a timely manner and go above and beyond in dispute resolution. I did not receive a specific contact to reference.. I am 100% satisfied with the BBB .

The business replied and that was it. I was not given a chance for rebuttal. The company HAS NOT resolved my complaint like they said they did. I am now filing a Federal complaint and taking the company to small claims court. The company in question will be recorded with the BBB as resolved their complaint when it isn't true.

Thank you BBB for helping to resolve my complaint. When the company i had issues with informed me there was nothing they could do to refund my purchase, I reached out to the BBB. Complaint resolved, money refunded!

The Better Business Bureau has helped me numerous times! It can be discouraging to deal with a company that does not hold up their end of the bargain. I have received refunds from companies after using the BBB that had essentially written me off. The consumer does have some power! Thank you Better Business Bureau!!

Nobody ever contacted me from this organization. i was trying to get resolution from a company based out of your state (carshield) and not only was i taken advantage of by that company but then nobody could even send me as much as an email to tell me they would do nothing from this organization.

BBB merely accepted Boost Mobiles excuses shifting blame to Motorola even though there was no problem with device but issue was with Boost network and tech reps not providing the services promised at time of purchase.

I simply contacted BBB with my complaint about CenturyLink charge on my final bill for closing an account with them. They were contacted by BBB and agreed to withdraw the illegitimate charge. End of story, hopefully.

I received what I expected from filing complaint. The company would not respond so the BBB dropped the complaint. The company is not a member so they do not care if they respond to a complaint or not. filed against them.

I would be hesitant to recommend BBB complaint b/c of its automation. Everything works smoothly until the end, i.e., I got the impression that it closes the complaint based on a response from the person/company against whom the complaint was filed. In my case, once a response was given from the person against whom a complaint was raised, I was asked if the response was sufficient. It was not, but then I didn't think I could respond that way without justification. Anyway, the end of the process needs work. The person against whom I filed a complaint ignored our just cause and his explicit responsibility for a year. During this time, he employed three different legal teams. Then, after the judge ordered him to pay, he ignored the judgment for three months. Why he finally responded is anyone's guess. Perhaps, he realized the cost of his adolescent behavior was having on his business. Whatever, he finally responded with a check, but we are far from satisfied.

Just because a business does not respond to a complaint submitted by the Better Business Bureau shouldn't mean the BBB closes the case. Contacting the BBB was a complete waste of time and I will tell anyone contemplating contacting the BBB not to bother - the BBB isn't looking out for the consumer at all.

This is the third time I have filed a complaint with the Denver BBB. They have always listen to the complaint from both sides and were able to offer an agreeable resolution.

I had an experience with a company selling a product on the internet. I ordered a trial product, but decided not to use it. The company withdrew funds for additional product on two occasions. I was unable to locate a functioning telephone number for the company, so I reported my situation to the Better Business Bureau on the internet. The very next day, I received a response from the company stating that they were sorry and would refund my money and I did not need to return any merchandise. The next day, the funds were deposited back to my bank account. Of course, I am extremely impressed with the service of BBB. Thank you.

After sending a complaint to two state agencies I was directed to the Colorado BBB office. In a phone call I was advised to forward my complaint to them online. Within days the complaint was resolved to my satisfaction. Thank you all, so much, for the prompt attention and resolution provided.

BBB community E was so helpful and it truly was so nice to have them help me through my dispute. Even though it was unresolved it had nothing to do with them, the ranch at Bearcreek which is the echelon Group are the most unprofessional companies. They will go to all steps to not give back peoples deposits back or even communicate with there renters. BBB took there time to help me and I truly would always recommend them.

This entity DID NOT force their client to reach a settlement with me to which I was CLEARLY entitled. All I got from them were form letters and all I got from their client ware form letters that were simply FORWARDED to me. This WAS NOT a satisfactory intervention but simply a rubber stamp for an UNSCRUPULOUS client!
