We have had a strange rattle in our AC all summer. Finally called Armbrust and within minutes they had it figured out. Jeff was very proactive in checking to see if the part was covered under warranty and sadly it was not. Instead of just telling us we had one option Jeff explained all options and promptly moved forward with the option we chose. We used Armbrust Plumbing for our backflow preventer test (required by our village for our irrigation system). Adam was prompt, polite and professional while doing the testing. What impressed me was his efforts beyond the service we hired Armbrust to complete. There some other plumbing items he noted that we should look into and while it was work Armbrust could do, it wasn't something he himself would be the Technician. Just the overall genuine professionalism and not the looking at ways to make more money left a positive impression. We will definitely consider Armbrust again for any future plumbing projects. Tom with Armbrust was a quick, clearly described the reason for our issues and in how to best fix them. He was also clean and noticed we had pets so was conscious of making sure he shut the door as he went to and from his van.

Jeff did a great job. He was on time and corrected the problem quickly . He cleaned up afterward. However after purchasing 2 new furnaces and 2 new air conditioners in a 12 month time frame I don't understand why Armbust didnt replace $2 worth of 25 year old pcp drain pipe that cost me $200 a few months latter. I called in the morning about drains backing up in the bathroom and kitchen. While on the phone setting up the appointment they let me know who would be showing up (Tom H in my instance) and sent me a picture so I would know it was him. Tom showed up and got right to it. He quickly figured out the issue with the bathroom sink, let me know what it was and why it was creating the problem, then fixed it and moved onto the kitchen sink. 4 months prior we had another company come out to clear the pipes for the kitchen sink. It was now backing up again. The last company took a guess as to what the problem was and thought it was fixed when they left. Tom realized it was something else (he's been at Armbrust a long time so he's seen a lot of different issues) and fixed it quickly. Tom was in and out in about an hour. He was really friendly, quick, and clean. The only reason you could tell he was here was because our drains worked again! I'll definitely call Armbrust for any future plumbing issues and ask for Tom. Tom did a great job with our toilets. We needed one re-seated, and one put back in after a shower re-do. The job was done quickly and he was great about not leaving a mess. Adam was great. He did the job quickly and efficiently. I asked him if after he got the faucet off it he could let me know so I could clean it off, and he said he would clean it off for me. Also he had to make two trips out, the first trip, we thought the faucet just needed tightening, but it was broke, so we had to purchase a new one, and Adam said that if we got a replacement in 7 days, their would be no 2nd trip charge. Adam was very professional. He came to the house to tighten a faucet. It turned out that the faucet needed replacing. Adam said that if I got a new faucet in seven days, that a second trip charge would not apply. I went out and got my faucet. He was extremely work orientated. Did a wonderful job. I asked him if, after he got the old faucet off, if he could let me know so I could clean. He said he would clean it up. When he was done, he tested it for about five minuets to make sure every thing worked. It did. He did the job in a very timely manner, only 20 minuets, where I expected about 45 minuets.
