I was extremely pleased that the serviceman arrived ahead of schedule with tools in hand. After the standard diagnostic tests didn't yield an answer, he curiously persisted in problem solving until he discovered the wasp nest that had somehow gotten sucked in all the way into the house near the blower. Dave at Armbrust Plumbing, Heating and Air Conditioning installed two new water heaters in our Wheaton home yesterday. One of the older water heaters began leaking and both were beyond their normal equipment lifespan. The new equipment quotes were presented clearly, reasonably priced and the installation service was completed as promised on the morning originally scheduled. The carpeting and tile floors in our home heading to the basement were kept very clean by Dave's use of shoe covers and tarps. He also explained the new equipment features clearly and was nice enough to voluntarily show us where the master water shut off valve was located in our home - if this knowledge was ever needed in the future. With this kind of great service, we will use Armbrust and their honest, friendly team there again Dave W. 10/17/14 |

We had a completely new heating unit installed for our home by Armbrust Plumbing, Heating and Air Conditioning. The equipment options were presented in an clear and honest manner. The installation by Dave was done on the date promised, with cleanliness and professionalism. The tarp on the carpeting and shoe covers ensured our home was left the same way before the work was started. Dave also clearly explained the new furnace features to us. Dependability, cleanliness, integrity and great service from Armbrust - a nice and rare combination not often seen from home service companies these days. If you need a plumber don’t just call any plumber…call Armbrust! Prompt, pleasant, professional, quality workmanship at reasonable prices. Trying to save a few dollars, I had called a local handyman for a minor plumbing repair. Six hours after he arrived, he appeared as frustrated as I was because he could not finish the job he had started. Our water was shut off and could not be turned back on until the repair was completed. Panicking, I called Armbrust at 3:40PM. By 4:00PM Patrick Armbrust had arrived and by 4:30PM he had not only completed the repair but had also completed another plumbing repair that the handyman was unwilling to tackle. I could not be happier with the job Armbrust did for me and will unhesitatingly recommend them to friends and family for any plumbing needs in the future. 10/12/14 |

I have used Armbrust Plumbing, Heating and Air Conditioning for years. When my furnace stopped working the other day, of course I called Armbrust. The customer service rep was friendly and efficient as always and set up an appointment for this morning. Jeff Bizek called to tell me he was about a half hour away. He got here in 20 minutes! Jeff got right to work and fixed the problem, plus adjusted something I had set wrong on the thermostat. Efficient, friendly, and informative. AND it didn't cost an arm and a leg! Tom arrived at our door on a Saturday afternoon with a smile on his face and ready to go to work. He replaced our water heater within two hours and was technically proficient, efficient and friendly. I felt bad about having him called out on a Saturday, but it did not bother him. He was careful to cover the carpeting and he briefed me on what he had done after the installation was completed. I do not hesitate to recommend Tom and Armbrust for their outstanding service. Thank you for the exceptional service, and you will always be first on our list to call when in need.

Armbrust always responds quickly when we call them. All of their techs are on time (or early), they call when the previous job is running over, and they are very courteous, hard working and professional. We had Patrick A. replace our furnace and A/C this summer and he did a terrific job advising us what units would be good for the size of our home in the price range we wanted. We've used Armbrust for our home and our rental properties for several years, and I've recommended them to several agents in our office. We haven't been disappointed !! Dave was very professional, courteous and approachable during the installation of my hot water heater and removal of the old heater and water softener.
