Great service in a no heat crises . From my first phone call at 7 in the morning to arrival of Jeff the service was great. Jeff had such an attitude of not just fixing my furnace but of really doing a thorough job. He went out of his way to really take care of everything he could to make sure the furnace and aprilaire humidifier work correctly. The other thing I really appreciated was that he did a lot of education about my system and reassuring me of how safe I was . Our heater wasn't working but luckily we had bought a labor warranty when we installed our furnace. We called Armbrust and they were out in only 30 minutes! Our service specialist Dave did a great job explaining what was wrong, did a quick fix and checked our furnace so it was ready for winter. It was a pleasure to work with a professional like Dave. John was also very helpful with his expertise and recommendations.

It is logical to anticipate good service at a reasonable price. In this, Ambrust Plumbing meets the standard. What exceeded the standard was the excellence of customer service. My difficulty was a minor one related to high winds and quickly solved. But Dave B, the service technician, answered technical questions that I asked about my ailing furnace with clarity and insight that no other provider came close to articulating. Dave B was an excellent representative for Armbrust Plumbing. Although I called the company because of a minor difficulty, Dave B answered related questions with clarity and patience. Still more remarkable, the day had been a particularly difficult one for service providers due to very high winds that had caused all sorts of problems. My appointment was near the end of the work day and Dave B would have had every reason to "get the job done" and get going. Instead he took all the time needed to answer my questions. I will most definitely go back to Armbrust Plumbing.

Three or so years ago, our power vent for the water heater was running 24/7 and not cutting off when it should. Two or three companies told us that we needed a whole new heater. We called Armbrust. One of the owners asked, "Is it bothering you that it runs all the time. If not, just wait until it quits, then call us." That advice gave us those three or so years more on our old water heater. Recently we became aware that the bearings were wearing out on the power vent. We called Armbrust again and Vance researched our existing power vent and water heater and recommended we purchase new models. We did so and are very pleased with both the installation and the installer, who was professional and efficient, yet also personable, knowledgable, and patient with our questions. I know I can count on Adam to take care of our plumbing problems quickly and efficiently. He has been to our house a few times in the 15 years we've lived here to clean out our main sewer line, which occasionally gets backed up because of the tree roots. He always explains things well, leaves the worksite clean, and is very polite and friendly. We'll definitely keep calling Armbrust!
