Patrick is terrific! Took the initiative to adjust his schedule to get to our house earlier. Quickly diagnosed the problem with our water heater. Explained alternatives and cost, confirming with additional detail as it became available. New water heater installation was efficient, with sufficient care for our property/carpeted basement. Adam C. did a good job, and was very concerned with keeping the cost down, talking with us at every point where a decision could raise or lower the cost. One of the things I like about Armbrust is that they work as a team. Our service time was at about noon, but Pat noticed that Tom's job was going to take longer than expected, so he picked it up so that we did not have to wait. He was very efficient and professional. He approached our problem like a puzzle and solved it systematically, putting the pieces of information together. I will definitely call Armbrust next time I need plumbing services. The woman I spoke to when I called was pleasant and helpful. The appointment (for my broken furnace) was quick, and they even sent a very cool email beforehand so I would know who would be coming to my house. Great idea! Jeff Bizek arrived, did an awesome job diagnosing everything, and did a great job getting everything working again (even though the replacement part was *not* something universal). These guys - Dave W. and Dave B. - showed up on time, went right to work on the furnace and water heater. The job was done professionally and on time. They took care keeping the house and crawlspace in order and clean. They removed all old equipment and cleaned up the floors.

Every time our heater wasn't working (and of course right after we had a newborn, both times), Jeff B came out promptly and fixed the problem. He's very knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. He always explains clearly what the problem is and what he'll do to fix it. He came by recently to install a humidifier and did a great job. He didn't leave any mess behind and took care of certain details like zip tying the cord and wires together. It wasn't necessary but looks much neater. We always get great customer service!
