I have had only good experiences with Armburst, most recently on 2-23-15, with a badly clogged toilet. Not only did Armbrust Plumbing try very hard to schedule an appointment with me same day, on a subzero day with so many demands on their staff's time, but Adam came out quickly and was extremely professional and courteous. He took care of the problem quickly. I really appreciated his asking about where to park in my condo complex, so as not to block neighbors, and how he treated my home as though it were his own. I have used Armbrust exclusively for my plumbing and heating and cooling needs. This is a super well established company that always provides the most professional and polite service. I experienced a high water bill and suspected a couple of sources. Patrick not only fixed the one faucet quickly but then determined that the other faucet was not a problem. They were able to schedule a tech to come to my home within 1 hour of my first call. Alan C arrived and was professional. Woke up on a zero degree morning to find my boiler leaking water. Called Armbrust at 9am and Patrick A was at the door slightly past 10am. Pat arrived and apparently already checked records of past work Armbrust had done for me. The needed part was on his truck and the heat was off no more than fifteen minutes. Suggested some maintenance and upkeep work that might be in the future but suggested waiting until warmer weather for work to avoid time without heat. Have used before, will use again. Jeff is great, and I really like that he helps me think of low-cost solutions to keep my furnace running well, like using low-cost air filters which are better for my furnace. I really appreciate that he has not had to replace my furnace!!! I have grown to trust Armbrust plumbing over the years and Jeff is another example of their great and trustworthy staff, who treats ours like he would treat his own furnace. Thanks Jeff!
