Armbrust was excellent at getting a guy to our home quickly. He was a hard worker. He moved quickly and did a terrific and thorough job. He diagnosed and fixed it in a timely manner. He wasn't trying to rip us off by working at a slower pace in order to get the bill higher.

Tom H was such an professional! I live an apartment and the plumbing work that needed to be done to the building had to be accessed through my apartment. Normally having to have any kind of maintenance work in your home can be stressful, but Tom actually made an inconvenient experience enjoyable. I was able to relax while he took care of everything leaving my bathroom clean and my mind at ease with his friendly disposition. Adam Claus is the technician who came to work on both kitchen and bathroom sink plumbing problems and his professionalism from start to finish was first rate. He elaborated on the work he saw needed doing, on estimated pricing and time required, and upon finishing he went over what was accomplished. Both my wife and I work for a living and need the ability to have work done when we are home. Saturday service is nice. However, it seemed the plumber was in a hurry to move on to the next job. It would have been great if he would have had the time to drop copper lines into my basement and replace the old steel pipe. I have already discussed this in e-mail with Rich. Dave confirmed the service call the day before, arrived on time, and installed the pump within an hour. He cleaned up the area after he was finished and took away the old pump for recycling. I oroginally spoke with the owner and had agreed upon the sope of work. Two water heaters were installed and an inspection of the basement and drainage / ejector pits was to be peformed. The technician did a great job on the water heater installation; however, its clear that no time was spend inspecting the storage area of the basement or elsewhere for possible risks of leaks. It is also clear that a comprehesive inspection of the drainage pits and ejector pit did not occur. The ejector pit was not opened and there remains a leak in the PVC pipe connector joint (this had duct-tape on it...clear evidence that it needed to be replaced). My wife stated that the technician claimed he couldn't inspect the basement for risks of leaks because the ceiling "was painted black" yet we were charged $150 for 1hour of additional labor 11am-12pm. My wife stated that she witnessed the technichian in his vehicle for over 30min writing up the invoice. 01/19/15 |

I have had Jeff Blizek for a service call once before and he is very courteous and totally explains the problem. When he replaced the thermostat he explained how to set the schedule and showed me the brochure. I will ask for him by name next time I need service on the heat or a/c. 01/17/15 |
