We have had Patrick with Armbrust Plumbing out to our house on two separate occasions. Once to replace a couple of water heaters and the second time to fix a bathtub faucet. Both times Patrick was AWESOME! He is such a nice guy and it feels like a friend is coming over to help you and not a service technician. This last time Patrick was there, my husband and I were trying to load a heavy item on to our trailer. Patrick saw this and came out and helped us for 5 minutes. I called about a leak on my under mounted kitchen sink. Rhonda took my information and immediately was able to find an opening the same day. Tom H. called before he arrived and was on time. He was very friendly and looked at the problem. He was very thorough and explained exactly what he found and gave a couple of options to consider. No pressure, only information. As he worked on the project, he called me to provide an update and to let me know how the repair was progressing. When I got home, there was a note from Tom explaining what he did. When my sump pump stopped working and an oily odor was starting to fill the basemen, I called Armbrust in the AM and they sent Tom out within the hour.
