We replaced our HVAC system and were really happy with the whole process. The Armbrust rep was very thorough in assessing our needs and explaining each of his recommendations. The installers Louis and Jeff were very professional and did a great job in a tight crawlspace. Everything worked perfectly. Rich Armbrust came out himself to assess my hot water heater replacement.
This morning Alan Carlson replaced the unit. Alan started with a courtesy call to let me know he was on the way and work performed was timely and expertly done. Alan Carlson was the ultimate professional when he came to take care of our plumbing needs. In order to complete the work, 2 shelves and about 20 gallons of paint need to be removed in a closet. Seeing I had my hands full with my 20 month old niece, Alan removed the paint and shelves and proceeded with the plumbing. Recently we had an extensive job completed, which involved the installation of a new variable speed furnace, humidifier, air filter, halo UV light, and water heater. We had a monumental amount of rain over the weekend, and my sump pump went out on Sunday evening. I called first thing on Monday morning and was told someone would be out "late morning or early afternoon". I was pleasantly surprised when Pat showed up at my house at 9:30. Within an hour's time, I had a new sump pump and he even fixed the check valve on my 2nd sump - I wasn't even aware that there was a problem with that one! Alan Carlson repaired two broken solder joints on two outside faucets in my house this morning. I work full time so I really appreciated that he was able to arrive, diagnose, complete, and test the work he did and the entire transaction was done by 8AM. He clearly explained how this problem could be avoided in the future and also he explained other options I could pursue which would have been more costly and required a much longer visit.
