Louis P. did an amazing job for us. Our airconditioner went out and we weren't scheduled for our annual inspection (which I highly recommend) until the following week. He was able to come out the same day (thanks to Rhonda) and not only diagnosed the problem and quickly repaired it, he also did the annual inspection since he was there! I was having water in my basement utility room because the pump in our ejector pit stopped working. I called Armbrust Plumbing first thing Monday morning, and the problem was fixed by 6pm. Pat Armbrust came over and explained what the problem was, how he was going to fix it, and did it quickly. He cleaned up after himself and everything is working great. Louis P. was truly AWESOME! I could not ask for better service. I wanted to write a review when he came out to inspect our furnace earlier, but did not make the time. I missed the moment then, and did not want to miss this opportunity. Louis deserves the same HIGH RATING again! We truly appreciate someone who goes above and beyond great workmanship, and explains what he did and why!! Louis gave an extremely detailed report of what he did and why, and how we could improve and save money with our air conditioner. I asked several questions. He was very detailed in educating us about the best temperature to conserve money, how to use it with our attic fan, and exactly when would be the best time to recheck our system. He was not pushing any more service than we felt was necessary. I felt he was very honest (which I highly value), and that I could trust him. I learned much more than I expected from my questions. He also discussed when we might need to replace our very old air conditioner, but said all was fine now-no worries!
The price was very fair, and the service was FANTASTIC! Louis gave great service with a smile and caring manner!!. Our lab was sorry to see him leave.
