We were out of heat, as our furnace was not working, we contacted our landlord who called Action, the Action representative that came to our house was very knowledgeable and started immediately on our furnace. They worked non-stop til they had installed a new furnace and they stayed to make sure it was working properly. The representative that was doing the work even assisted us with other parts of our heating requests. They were very professional and caring men. We thank them for their work at our house. Talk about customer service! Jason did an excellent job fixing our expansion tank and pipes for our water heater. He didn't stop there, he checked our water from outside to make sure our previous issues were ok and then offered a furnace tuneup. Mary Forakas worked with us to understand our purchase 100 % She asked what our expectations were in price, efficiency, and features. she did a walk around with us and gave us time to compare. In the end the Installers were friendly and courteous with my family. I was at work. We had a big job done on a four level split home, They installed the attic fan completely and the furnace and AC and the best part was the ionic particle air cleaner ( i love it ) . One day ! They installed the wrong thermostat that we agreed on but Mary will bring it out next week when I have my vents cleaned. She did a follow up visit after the install to make sure we were happy. We liked that. She explained everything to us and made sure the right stuff was installed and the serial numbers were correct for our warranty. The dispatcher was very friendly over the phone, I can't remember her name, but she did great and was able to get a plumber out to my store within just a few hours. When Brent arrived, he was prompt in getting right to the diagnostic, figured out what was wrong, and corrected it in less than an hour. I was very impressed with the service you guys provided today, and will definitely recommend you to friends and family. Thanks again!

I had an appointment for service between 10 and 1:00. At 9:50 I received a phone call from your dispatch saying the tech. would be a little late. At 3:30 I called Action wondering where the tech was. I was told that we would have to reschedule, which I did.
The next week when he was scheduled to arrive, I received another call from your dispatch stating he was going to be late again.
When I have an appointment I can understand being rescheduled once. But not more than that. If I have been rescheduled then I would expect the company to be on time the next time. 10/22/14 |

Todd was very impressive with his knowledge and experience. He also put to easy my concern about how crowded our basement was. He recommended suggestions and offered Action Heating services for the suggestions. He was not forceful. He was very professional in providing us with the service represented by Action Plumbing. Larry did an excellent job on our repair. He was very knowledgeable and fast. He called ahead to let me know he was on his way, which was great because that meant that I didnt have to stay at home until he came, I was free to run a couple errands and get back in time for his arrival. Todd P was an excellent technician. He is very well educated and experienced in Heating and Air conditioning. He notified us within the parameters set for notification, about 30 minutes prior to arriving at our house. He is polite and courteous. He explained in lay terms what he was doing and their importance. He indicated what needed to be done and what he did. He put our minds at ease that the furnace we have will make it through this Salt Lake winter. He suggested that it would be a good idea to get ready to purchase another furnace, since our furnace is an older model. Explaining the lifespan of the different models, he said ours is at that point. I would recommend Todd P and the technician we had service our furnace last year to anyone who needs their furnace tuned up or serviced. Action Plumbing installed a new water heater, furnace and air conditioning unit in my old home this year. My previous furnace and water heater went out one day apart. All of my new equipment is working well and I am pleased. Larry B. from Action Plumbing came out today for a tuneup type check before winter. He came on time, was courteous, friendly, and knew what he was doing. He recommended that I only cover the top of my new A/C equipment during the winter as covering the full unit could cause retention of moisture and lead to rust.
