I called Action because I've had them come to our business before and was completely satisified. When I had a plumbing problem at my home Jason came out to take a look. He replaced the pressure regulator and repaired the faucet on the outside of the house. He was so pleasant and helpful and I was really suprised at the charge which was a lot lower than I thought it would be. He is a great guy and I will ask for him the next time I need a plumber. As part of the maintenance agreement I have with Action Plumbing & Heating, Dustin came out to do a check of my air conditioner. He was extremely professional and thorough. He made what I felt were appropriate recommendations to prolong the life of my air conditioner without it feeling like he was trying to sell me something. I have been convinced that Action Plumbing, Heating, Air Conditioning, and Electrical is the "go to place". For over two years now, Action has shown their abilities and honesty in doing a fine job for us here in our home. We appreciate the quickness in their response and quality workmanship in their labors. Jimmy came to my home today for a regular AC tune-up. He was polite, friendly and knowledgeable. I felt very comfortable having him in my home and around my children. He was clean and well kept (and had such a lovely accent! :)) When he discovered other problems, he took his time to explain things clearly, made additional suggestions, and was willing to talk to my husband over the phone to explain things. Called for heating and cooling system bid. Receptionist very pleasant, said she would contact a technition stop by and present a bid. A short time later a tech came and introduced himself. His name is Matt Clyde, a very pleasant person and also very knowledgeable about the products he represents. He checked the house over to determine the requirements. He explained all the options available, with pros and cons alike. Answered all questions to my satisfaction. Matt is a very pleasant person and a great asset to this company. Working with your staff renewed my belief in the value of great customer service. I had to leave town the following day and had little hope in getting my electrical issues diagnosed, let alone resolved on the very morning I called! The combination of friendliness, can do attitude, coupled with John's skills exceeded all my expiation! My furnace and aircondioning system is 15 years old and will obviously need to be replaced in the near future. Action Plumbing has earned my trust and will be my only consideration for the purchase of equipment and installation. I have trained large organizations on the value customer relations and you staff exemplified those very process I emphasize. In the future I plan on sharing my experience as an example of how successful companies flourish with customers by embracing a win win approach that starts with the first contact, followed by completion of work and concluded with appropriate follow up including feedback.

Action staff exceeded my expiation from the very first and subsequent conversations with Ashley and Taneel. They were both friendly, helpful and excellent communicators. The agreed times for service were same day and John actually arrived ahead of estimated same day appointment time. John is a master electrician who quickly solved my issue before I had to leave town and equally importantly shared helpful advice on how I can avoid similar challenges in the future. I will be replacing my furnace and air conditioner in the near future and Action has earned the job as well as any of my future electrical and plumbing service needs.

I love this company! We had a gas fireplace that wasnt working that soley heated our family room and it was freezing cold. I had called our usual company and another company we had used in the past. One was three weeks out another 8 days. Then I called Action and they sent someone out that day in the only snowstorm/blizzard we had this year. It took him two hours to get to my house because the freeway was shut down. I now have action plumbing service take care of our heating needs. I have used them once since this for a broken furnace. Derrick and his assistant both were courteous to the max. They patiently endured the over-the-top greetings of several children on the premises, took care to keep the physical area un-scarred carrying equipment and such, cleaned their work area better than I had ever seen it, and turned out the lights and locked up behind themselves when they found me asleep at the end of their very long work day. They were especially committed to finishing my job because of kids in the house and could not have been more concerned about my knowing and being comfortable with what was happening.
