I was due for an annual furnace tune-up before the cold weather hits. Donnie was very professional and performed the service quickly and efficiently. Over the past 5 weeks I have remodeled 2 1/2 baths. The 1st started with a plumbing issue that we had been plagued with for months and that several plumbing professionals had attempted to fix. Ron P. was the 1st. to fix the issue. Even though that cost several thousand dollars we were totally satisfied with his work ethic and professionalism. That led directly to us contracting with him and Action Plumbing to remodel the other bath and 1/2. That work was finished yesterday and without a doubt we are as satisfied with that work as we were with his work the 1st time. He did everything we expected and accepted the critique from my wife, and made the changes she wanted without resistance or hesitation. He showed up on time and work a full shift. We felt so secure with Ron, even our dog liked him, that we had no issue leaving him alone during the day to do his work. I would and have recommended Ron and Action Plumbing to several people at work and my family. I will 100% in the future call Action and get Ron P. to fix any plumbing issue that arises at my house. I have had Technician Terry Kelsch in my home to repair and maintain my furnace in the past and just recently for a fall check up. I found him to be professional and friendly. He knows his stuff and gets the job done efficiently. I have had plumbing and a/c maintenance done by Action also. The service is unparalleled the prices fair and competitive. Of three plumbers claiming to have 24/7, 365 service, Active was the only one that actually responded to a 6 PM call. (The others wouldn't come until the next day.)

Finding out that you have to have expensive plumbing work done is not an easy thing to deal with. Ryan worked with Ron, between the two of them we have our plumbing back up and running. Ryan also has been back after the install of the sewer line to snake it and make sure it is running right. He is very professional and hard working. I can hardly say enough great things about this organization. We've used them exclusively for a half dozen years for all our heating and air and plumbing needs. Brent Young has been our "go to" plumbing guy for all our plumbing needs. He is now like part of the family. It is a very rare and special thing when you have someone in the professional trades that you can not only trust but feel so at ease when you have a need where they will properly advise you and not fleece you as so many these days do. Best of all he is meticulous in his work habits and never makes or leaves a mess during his work. All I can tell you is that without naming names, we've used quite a few of the other main names out there in these trades when we needed electrical, HVAC or Plumbing work done in our home. I scheduled an appointment for a furnace tune-up and Terry was the technician who was given the task. He was very professional and explained everything he was doing prior to starting the job. After the inspection he explained that the furnace was in great condition other than the blower motor needed to be cleaned but it was something that could be done later in the near future. I decided to have Terry do the cleaning because of his honesty and professionalism. I had Cory come out to do some emergency work at my School. Action is very attentive to my needs when I mentioned students... they were quick to come out and take care of the issue. I just say a huge thank you to Bryon and Claudia for a recent problem I encountered with my AC system. Myself and a couple of techs ran into some snags for about 4 days with no resolve to the problem. Got a call from Bryan at about 5:00pm and he was on his way home from work and mentioned he could stop by and diagnose the problem. He mentioned that he had been contacted by Claudia. Bryan came out was here about 20 min found the problem and told me he was going to get parts first thing next morning, would come out and do the repair and that's exactly what he did. I'm sure Action has great techs, but I do know they have an exceptional, very professional, friendly, very knowledgeable and very fair tech and that's Bryon. We can't thank you enough Bryon for helping us the way you did, we are forever grateful. A special thank you to Claudia for getting our info to Bryon Great job!!!. I called Action Plumbing to have them fix two clogged bathroom sinks and the pipes underneath a leaky kitchen sink. After this plumber told me my house was poorly built, he explained that the entire piping systems would need to be replaced. He wrote up a quote for over $1300. I turned him away and called my sweet neighbor who I learned has a dad with his own plumbing company (Dave Passey Plumbing). The man they sent fixed both problems in less than an hour (no pipes needed to be replaced) and charged $132. I was quite impressed, and equally shocked that the other plumber practically tried to rob me. 07/30/14 |

The vanity we chose to install ourselves became more complicated than we had planned. Ron "The Old Guy" Pearson, moved our old water pipes, set the new faucet and fit the vanity into the space we wanted (even helped to remove the molding that was in our way). Derek Sundell was very knowledgeable and quick to diagnose my plumbing problem. Also, was able to answer my questions on a wide range of plumbing issues I had that ranging from sprinkler systems to water hammer to water pressure. When trouble shooting my backed up kitchen sink, I noticed the disposal was making a metalic grinding noise. Derek recommended that sometime I may want to replace the disposal as a potential problem could incur that may include water leakage if the apparent defective blades may damage the disposal unit. When the repairman got to our residence it was done very well, informative, clean-up etc.
The only part that was a little negative, I requested the service the nite before and was assured someone would call me between 8-9:00am the next day. At 9:45am no contact and I called again to insure my request was received. Was told it was and was awaiting the dispatcher to dispatch. No time frame or commitment was offered except, the repairman would be contacting me 1/2hr. before coming to my home. No one could give me a window, as to when I may expect either morning or afternoon. It meant I would have to stay home all day waiting for the repairman 1/2hr. alert. To be honest, I called another company and they said they would be at my place in about two hours. I booked that time, and approx. an hour later I received a call the repairman from your company would be there in 20 minutes. Once your repairman came repaired and left, I cancelled the other company to cancel the appointment. Most important is when someone takes an order is to keep the customer informed of every step to make them feel they are your number one priority. Delays and problems are easily forgiven when people are kept in the loop. 07/08/14 |

Jason Palmer performed work to unclog a toilet that was clogged by my grandchild with paper. He was very professional in his approach to the problem, and diagnosed the problem right away with my husband. With the proper tools from his truck, he fixed the problem in minutes. Jason was quick to point out that Action Plumbing did a variety of other services, and was very knowledgeable in those areas. My husband and I would use Action Plumbing, Heating & Air Conditioning should we have any future problems, and certainly ask for Jason Palmer if he were available. I came home from work on a Saturday morning at 4 A.M. to discover that my air conditioning wasn't working. I call a couple different companies only to be told that they were short handed and I would have to wait a couple days. It was during the hottest week of the year so far. I called Action and they were also short handed, but Terry made the effort to come out and got us fixed up in less than an hour! He was so nice in addition to doing a great job.
