My Parents are retired, they have a very tight budget. I called action plumbing for help their entire shower system was having problems. I talk to their office and the same day they send Ryan H. to help them with their situation. Because my parents are not working anymore they have problem qualifying to get the work than. Ryan H. took the time to find a way to help my parents with their problem. The work was than the next day and now my parents can enjoy nice warm showers again. Thank you Ryan and action plumbing. A huge thanks to Brent Young and his crew for allowing me to sleep better knowing my new sewer line will probably outlast the house. They put it in with a lot less disruption than I expected with maybe 6 hours without plumbing access. They even prevented further sleep disruption by finding two other sewage pipe issues that would have given us problems down the road. It's been two weeks and the care they took with our grass has allowed it to recover incredibly well. We had a screwy situation and I believe they came up with the best solution. Brent Y. 05/28/15 |

It's alway's nice to talk with the office staff, when calling a work order in. Like Lonetta R. in customer service or Taneel P. in dispatch. They are so helpfull with my order, and letting me know when Jason P. the plumber will arive. they go out of there way to help the customer. Now to my plumber Jason, i have had other plumber's in the past, but they just let me down. I will only use Jason , for all my plumbing needs, his work is the best , because he takes pride in it. Larry and Matt we're great! they diagnose the problem with my air conditioner but it turned out that it was a circuit board in the furnace. it was much more involved than I expected. they communicated clearly with me and they told me what my choices were. they found out that my furnace was still under warranty it saved me about $900 ! I so appreciated their interest in making this is as affordable as possible for me. I would definitely recommend action plumbing and heating. 05/11/15 |

Matt C from Action Plumbing: came on a furnace repair call this morning May 9, 2015 shortly after 10:00. He was very professional and checked the furnace then replaced the part, the furnace came on but did not start, the motor had seized up. I think that is what he said. He talked to me about whether I should have the furnace fixed again or if it would be more cost effective to purchase another furnace. After talking to him for a while I decided to buy another furnace since the one I have is way past it's prime. He explained to my satisfaction the pro's and con's which I greatly appreciated about purchasing the furnace, and what I could expect out of a higher rated and newer model. One of the best service experience we've ever had. From every facet of their company, their service was seamless and all based around accommodating our extremely busy schedules. Jason came out to my house and discovered I had a bad pressure regulator. He tested it and it was 125psi when it was supposed to be 75psi!! He saw it right away and went to get some parts to fix the outside faucet and replace the pressure regulator. He did the whole thing in about an hour and explained to me everything he was doing.
