Ron did a great job on our pipes. He was very helpful in suggesting ways that we could keep our plumbing working properly. He was knowledgeable, courteous, and cleaned up before he left. What can i say about Action Plumbing and Heating, The ladies in office are the Best. Like Ashley E. or Lonetta R. they are alway's there to help you with your needs. I've had Derrick P. out to my home now twice, first time was in Dec. 2014, to put in a new AMANA Gas Furnaces, the best that there is. His work is second to none, his sheet metal work is the best there is. The second time was Sep. 2015 , to do a Furnaces check up. Billy W & Ron P repiped my entire house, getting rid of that yucky polybutylene nasty pipe and replacing with pretty red & blue pex! Their professionalism was so through the roof and beyond that I can't wait for their next job in replacing commodes and putting in a sink for me! I live in a third floor condo that makes A/C and Heating repairs a pain. My A/C unit went out last week. I called Action (not as a previous client) and within 24 Hours I had a new unit installed and working. I want to especially praise the service staff for their professionalism and courtesy. The job became more than Action had anticipated and yet my bill stayed the same. Imagine that in this day and time! I know for the technicians, the job was scheduled for 3 hours and took almost 9 hours. Even through the frustrations, Dominick and his assistant were pleasant and insured me they wouldn't leave until my family had a working unit. They were true to their word.
