Tom worked through some difficult isssues during the install. A 114 year home is not an easy install. The new AC unit was a "beast" to get into the yard. He did a great job managing my expectations and obtaining the help he needed to make this system work. I am very happy with the work that Tom and and his assistants did at my home. Abraham A. was a very polite and knowledgeable techician. He suggested services I should consider in the future for the optimal functioning of my newly installed HVAC system. I would like to commend Mr. Rodney Simmons for his great work and expertise. Although the problem that I was/am experiencing did not occur when Mr. Simmons arrived, he was very professional, courteous and respectful. He advised me do some investigating which I did and now I hope I know when this problem (clicking in my pipes) occurs. I have called ARS Laurel for Mr.Simmons to return to check this issue. I felt very comfortable with Mr. Simmons and requested him to check this problem again. ARS will contact me to schedule and appointment to re-check by Mr. Simmons. Thank you!!! After 20 years of ARS servicing our original systems, two heating and two air conditioner systems. We had Jason come out to provide a contracted service and fixed all the units as best as he could. However he highly recommended that our systems are in need of replacement and we should have John miller that day meet with us. John also was excellent and provided great guidance and comparison on the different options. Within two days from our contract approval we had four excellent project team members from ARS at our house on a Friday morning John, Charlie Jose and marlin. They started at 8:30 promptly and didn't finish until 6:00 that evening. The work was excellent, the clean up impeccable and they even stayed to train us on the new system at the end. John and Jaime arrived early to install a new HVAC system. You could tell they were a well oiled machine . One started working on the AC and the other the heat. I observed and asked questions and they didn t seem to mind and my questioning didn t deter them from getting the job done. Two nice young men that the company should be glad to have. Joseph Malloy, was very thorough, honest and professional. Upon his arrival, he immediately vacuum the furnace, which was not done last year when your company did the system check. After the cleaning, Mr. Malloy did a thorough check and found that I had problems with the circuit board, ignitor and indoor fan. Going forward, I will request Joseph Malloy as my service provider. He offered to schedule a free analysis for a furnace, which I declined at this time, because I am still paying for a new air conditioner I purchased from you last year. Mike and Fred were superb in every respect. They added a second zone to our Carrier Infinity system prior to us beginning framing for a new finished basement. Every detail was masterfully accomplished. This was a particularly tricky job, given the existing equipment layout, but we couldn t be more pleased with the duct work and dampers for the new zone. The service technician, Greg Smith, contacted me by phone to inform me that he would arrive within the hour. Upon arrival within the specified time frame, he asked whether I had any issues with the air conditioning or whether it was a regular service check. Mr. Smith clearly explained the steps he was taking to service the internal blower motor unit and external heat pump.
