I want to let ARS know just how professional and courteous Greg Smith was in working on my AC unit. First he had to correct some work of the last person that worked on it, and then order parts in order to fix the problem. Mr. Smith came back three days later and informed me he would park on the side street and go directly to the back yard, and if I needed him I could talk to him from the balcony or call him on the phone. I was truely impressed with his work ethics. Mr. Smith literally camped out in the back yard for 6 hours working on my A/C, removing the old compressor and installing the new compressor. Mr. Smith did an excellent job and I would request his service any time I call AHS. I was just a little upset that I did not have any bottled water to offer him

I was referred to ARS-Laurel by American Home Shield. The AC in my residence was not operating. The ARS Technician, Daymon C, arrived on time and was very professional, knowledgeable and experienced. And little things mean a LOT-- on entering my house he put on shoe covers to protect the carpet. Daymon was efficient in assessing the problem and explained the issue in terms that I could comprehend. More importantly, he negotiated a resolution that was a win win for me, American Home Shield (saved them a customer) and his company ARS-Laurel. Daymon's experience troubleshooting issues saved the day. He is definitely an asset to ARS.

I built my house over 21 years ago. I have had approx. 15 different a/c techs work on either one of my a/c systems. Most tech are okay at best. Greg Smith with ARS was the very best tech I have ever had. He explained in very simple terms what would be done, replacing the compressor, etc. Greg is a very solid tech, knows his craft and I can tell is proud of the work he does. I would recommend him to anyone I come in contact. Also-I am a Property Mgr., so you now understand where I stand, I am comparing him and ARS to many other a/c companies in the area. The service techs arrived on and immediately started work. They explained everything they were going to do, and they did not go behind the scope of the job. I was given an estimated time of completion and they completed the job in less time. They were very professional and they took proper measures not to leave a mess by covering area with drop cloth. Great Job.

Walter B. could not have been more patient and helpful. This was supposed to be a routine A/C check. The folks back at the office made the appointment and kept in touch the day of, letting me know Walt was on his way. He showed up early, as I requested. He was thorough and taught me things. He also took care of a few extra things along the way that were not really required. He was just so polite and he did not take any shortcuts. I will use ARS again, and I would recommend them, especially Walter, to anyone.

The Air Conditioning - Heating - Pumbing Technition was very efective in inspecting and servicing our air conditioning. He also found problems that were not cought when the unit was installed in January 2011. We were very pleased with the out come that was found and he will be retuning to compete the problems with the unit next week. In the mean time the air condition is runing better then before. He really to his time and was very pleasent and profesional. We had a very restful night. Thanks for your support and have a bright and wonderful day.

I received excellent service and advice on how to check my ac unit and was told that I should get a service plan for $16 a month and get a surge protection for my outside unit power spikes. Mr. Smith was very nice and kind to me. I will call him again very soon.

He also explained everything and set up an appt. for me to speak with a sales person to consider equipment replacement if I chose. The experience was very pleasurable. Daymon was very nice and knowledgable and did the company proud. I use ARS for all my plumbing needs. I have AHS. ARS just put in copper plumbing, changed my thermostat and have yearly checkups for my furnace and air conditioner and I am always satisfied. I recommend ARS to snyome who will listen

I was thoroughly impressed with your representative Robert Davis. He was very professional & knowledgeable about his job. He told me all that was wrong with my system and recommended that he would get a new one. I had a sales rep there by 2:00 pm. I ordered a new furnace, air conditioner and hotwater heater. It was installed on yesterday. I immediately saw a difference in my home overnight. I would definitely call ARS again and ask for Robert Davis. Marva F

Mr. Robert Davis is a true professional and is the most professional HVAC professional I ve had the pleasure to observe or communicate with. His dedication to ensuring the customer is completely/totally satisfied is amazing. He is a skilled technician and goes well beyond the call to ensure the customer is informed as to the nature of the problem being corrected and does not disengage until the problem is corrected and quality checked with manufacturers or original equipment manufacturers. He is the only HVAC technician we will allow to service our units. We request his service by NAME. This is the technician you want to service your HVAC challenges.

My furnace broke down when my husband was away. I called ARS and they sent an emergency service. I must say that I was surprisingly pleased with how knowledgeable my technician was. His name is Jim and he took his time to explain how the system works while it was re-setting in a simple way, so I could understand it! Very happy and will sign up for their year round service. Also, since he knew what he was doing, it did not take long and now I can enjoy a warm house again. Thank you, Jim!!!!

I'm truly grateful to ARS and my technician Randy for spectacular service and pricing. After my heat pump stopped working properly, the repairs were quickly diagnosed, parts were ordered and my house had heat again within a few days. Better heat than it had when first installed in 2008. Pretty amazing!

Unfortunately since the issue with the upstairs heat pump our downstairs furnace is now not kicking in. Jim B from ARS, fit my trouble call into his already full day and arrived at the townhouse at 6:15 PM because our furnace was out. He carefully diagnosed the mechanics, electronics and plumbing associated with the furnace. He discovered the problem was caused by excess pvc plumbing glue which clogged the drain line for condensation. Who knew. He explained everything as he went along, which was very helpful. In an hour the furnace was glowing again and the interior tempurature started to climb from 64 degrees to a comfortable 71. Many thanks!
