ARS came to my rescue when my pipes burst in my home this past winter. When my pipes burst at 3:00am they were the only company to respond quickly to assess the situation and to restore my water. I was without water for some time, however they stood by me and made several visits and worked long hours to ensure my water service was restored. I would like to thank specifically Greg 1, Greg 2, Daniel, Gerald and Mark as well as, William Allen who ensured me that the work would be completed. I would call ARS in a second, because of the great work that was performed in my home. All of the guys worked very hard and I appreciate their service. Joseph was very cordial and very helpful. He kept me informed and answered all my questions. When it was pouring outside he spent the time until it stopped changing out my filters.

Greg came Monday, June 8th to get my air conditioning system up and started. He was efficient, very knowledgeable and thoroughly explained everything he did. I highly recommend him for service. If I have any other issues I highly recommend that he come back.

I couldn't have been more pleased with Joseph M. with ARS. He was on time, professional, and highly knowledgeable. He was able to locate and repair the leak in our heat pump and even took the initiative to service both of our systems while awaiting the results of a leak test. He also may be able to repair our not so old humidifier -- which others were unable to do --when he returns in the fall. While I had been incredibly annoyed with the operators at ARS and the messed up scheduling over three days, Joseph really made my day and returned cool temperatures in the midst if a heat wave! After a water heater dispensing 40 gallons of water in my basement, I called ARS to come out and clean the drain in my sink. Frank came out and fixed the problem as well as noticing some problems with my new water heater hook-up. He advised me as to how to get it resolved. I am very grateful for his help! Mr. Greg Smith was the ARS Technician who inspected our AC system as part of a service contract we have with ARS. Though rescheduled from the early part of 5/18 to the later part of the day on 5/29, we were delighted to receive a call from ARS to be rescheduled on 5/29 in the morning. Mr. Smith was identified as being available in the Waldorf area. He arrived in a timely fashion, easily dealt with our dog, Barney, efficiently inspected our AC system, made suggestions to trim some plants to improve the efficiency of the AC, and verified our system was good for the summer season. Recently, after carfeful thought I choosed ARS to install a new heat pump and hot water heater.
Frankly, I am glad I did. From the onset it was all positive. The salesman Brad was terrfic, he followed -up and was professional and clear with his explanations. The two technicians that came and installed the heat pump were punctual, freindly and did an excellent job.
And it all got better from there.
Frank and Greg install the hot water heater and they too were punctual, friendly and professional.
However, Frank truly went out his way to make sure that as a customer I was 100 percent satisfied. Frank offered the type of serivce that will ensure that I turn to no one else for my future plumbing needs. Due to his outstanding serivce, I will recommend ARS to all of my family and friends. Frank, thank you for your wonderful service and I look forward to working with you and ARS in the future.

I want to thank Mr. Gerardo Thomas for his outstanding professionalism while installing my Aprilaire 700M humidifier and E-Z trap. From choosing, financing, scheduling to installing, everything went perfectly and made us very comfortable replacing our aging heat/ac unit with an efficient model. We had a Mitsubishi Split Unit and two indoor units installed today by Jose, Marlon and Matt. They did an excellent job. They were all very professional, polite and made sure that the areas they were working in were kept clean. The outside area they had to work in was sopping wet from the overnight rain and the neighbors sump pump dumping water out into the area. They did an awesome job to keep that outside ! Kitchen sink was completely stopped up yesterday - called ARS Laurel last night at 10pm and asked to schedule appt. for today - no problem. FRANK M. arrived on schedule, did a complete and thorough job and got my sink unplugged and running again. I was really impressed by his professionalism. He spent extra time making sure the pipes were clear farther along as well. He got the job done. AAA+++. Cost was reasonable and fair. I would recommend ARS and definitely recommend Frank M.
