I would highly recommend ARS. The service pros were very prompt, clean, courteous and friendly. I was able to get an appointment within the same week of my estimate. This was important to me because I was without A/C in the middle of July. The techs arrived on time (actually a little early), and finished earlier than expected. After installation, they explained all the work that had been completed and provided a brief but informative tutorial on how to work the thermostat (nice touch considering they also provide an instruction manual). Mr. Steven J arrived shortly after a call was placed to my home to let me know he was on his way. After arriving Mr. J introduced himself and the first thing he asked me was to see the thermostat which he informed me how to use properly then he started his work on the maintenance of my unit he was very detailed about his work took the time the explain what he was doing and why this was a reinsurance to me that he was qualified to do his job and in doing so he discovered a leak and was prepared with the correct equipment in his service vehicle to repair the job. Mr. J was totally professional the whole time he was working on my unit I would highly recommend Mr. J to continue with his professionalism and courtesy to carry him further in his job to the next level. I recently bought an Air Scrubber unit from ARS. It malfunctioned and I called ARS for a check of the unit under warranty. They arranged for a technician to visit the next day - Steven Jones. Steven quickly diagnosed the problem and spelled out my options. I elected to have a new unit installed, which Steven accomplished in about 20 minutes. My unit was leaking from the inside after Cordell and Jahleel left. Cordell left finger prints on my wall and didnt explain everything to me in reference to the operaration of the inside unit. The work area was not cleaned up after completion of work. Jahleel placed my heat pump outside unlevel. He was very professional when he arrived and announced who he was and why he was here. Looked at the situation thoroughly and explained to me in detail what was going on and was causing the problem. The man was able to tell me in a very short time what the problem was and how it can be fixed, he was very efficient. I can say I am very pleased with the service, the professionalism of the employees, and the care they take in treating their customers. The customer care representatives always call to confirm the time and to inform us of the name of the HVAC tech coming on site. This is a very special service and offers peace of mind as well. Earl B was very knowledgeable and was able to explain the problem with my system and what I needed. He saved me money by finding a rebate that was soon to expire. I was somewhat nervous about having to buy a new system but he took the fear away. After I signed the forms he told me to feel free to contact him if I had any questions.
