This past November 4 the regular maitenance visit/service on my furnace was performed by your technician Joel P. The service was excellent, efficient and polite. The Tech Quintin asked about our pluming problems, checked it out for himself, then gave us an estimate of costs, than asked if we had any questions on what he was going to do. I had the awesome opportunity to receive service from ARS HVAC today and my service technician was Steven Jones. It is a rare opportunity when a technician is extremely detailed, know his job, offer detailed explanations of what he is doing and why it should be done, what is required to maintain excellent working systems, and offer maintenance tips all at the same time. Mr. Jones is an excellent representative of the Technicians from ARS and I have chosen him to be my Technician as long as I am contracted with ARS. To ARS Management - Mr. Steven Jones is a Keeper. This is the second time Greg has been the ARS technician to inspect my system for the upcoming season. He is always very thorough. Abe came to my house for a maintenance checkup on time with a friendly smile. He carefully inspected the furnace and explained clearly what he saw and recommended to do to improve the efficiency of the units. He compared the facts instead of just trying to sell additional services. I am an engineer and can tell he really knows stuffs! He performed his tasks neatly, no mess left behind. I have been dealing with ARS for 4 years now when I bought my townhouse. The technicians perform the summer and winter check of my systems. They are always polite and do good work. Don performed my heating check last Friday and I was very impressed. He vacuumed out the blower motor and showed me photos on his phone how dirty it was. I stated the house was very dusty and he said the problem was on-going construction behind my house. I have basically lived in a construction zone since I moved in. I was very blessed to have the technician who came to my home to install my hot water heater. Not only was he personable and friendly, I found him quite knowledgeable. He took the time to answer all of my questions. ARS has been a company I always request for services when they are affiliated with a warranty company or for routine maintenance. Sunil was great. Our HVAC unit was not working. He checked it out and had it working in a few minutes. The issue he addressed was simple, but my wife and I had no idea what to do about it. I am not HVAC savvy and ask a lot of questions. Steven Jones was just the right patient person to explaining things to me in such a manner that at least for the moment I understood his answers. He also gave me suggestions on maintaining my relatively new system which was installed this past April and explained the proper way to clean my outdoor units.. He also explained the benefits of the air purification system that could be installed and recommended we consider it. he was polite and cleaned up any debris from having to go into my attic to service me second unit. If I have any additional service calls or need assistance with an issue I would want to request Steven as the technician to come out. he also took care to wear booties over his shoes when coming and going from outside and around the yard. he also made sure I was aware ARS sold many of the products and services I may need if I required them Steven J. 10/08/14 |

Technician Darnell of ARS Rescue Rooter - Laurel provided excellent service. He was professional, prompt and very informative, He called to give me an estimated arrival time He actually arrived within five minutes of his estimated arrival time. This was very important to me because I had appointments later that afternoon. Darnell performed my fall season preventative check-up on my furnace. He explained everything he did and why he did it.
