Tom P./John S. were dynamite. I was impressed with how they transformed my space with a magnificent machine. I went to work at 11am and they were removing my system. When I returned at 4:15pm there was this machine in the basement that had already started cooling my house. Tom gave me the 101 class but I know I will need to read the manual for the thermostat to familiarize myself. Tom was funny, like a child with a new toy. But it s now mine.

Earl B was very knowledgeable and was able to explain the problem with my system and what I needed. He saved me money by finding a rebate that was soon to expire. I was somewhat nervous about having to buy a new system but he took the fear away. After I signed the forms he told me to feel free to contact him if I had any questions.

We replaced /Upgraded our entire AC unit/furnace. The first visit was with John M. the comfort advisor.He spent an hour 1/2 with us and explained all the different units.He was very knowledgeable and very professional and honest. The rest of the crew that installed the unit were John D.,Charlie P.,John S. and Tom P. very professional,and their work ethic is excellent.It was a huge job. Things went very smoothly. I thank all of them for a job well done.They explained the new system and thermostat unit. I also was surprised we got 3 carbon monoxide detectors too.... This review is for a specific HVAC technician at ARS Laurel - Steven J. Last week he came to do a routine check of my home AC and he noted some issues with the system. Later that day, the system stopped working and he came back that evening to try and correct the problem. He needed parts and was not able to correct the issue but he gave me tips on how to stay comfortable without the AC and gave me his cell number so we could contact each other the next day to schedule his return visit. He sent me a text when he was on his way so that I did not have to spend the day in a hot house waiting for a repairman. He stayed until the unit was fixed and tested all aspects before he left. I have had many great experiences with ARS of Laurel and have been a loyal customer of theirs for many years. They always arrive on time, look clean & professional, provide timely phone calls when needed, and do good quality work at reasonable prices.
However, their technician Tim L. tops all I have every seen. Tim is not only a FANTASTIC plumber who does excellent (...dare I say "beautiful") work, but is also a great individual. While not really his duty, he step in and helped us resolve some HVAC issues that another group within ARS was trying handle. On Thursday, June 12, 2014, Mr. Jonathan serviced my air conditioner unit. He is extremely knowledgeable and informative, and had great customer service. When he came out, inspected and performed the annual maintenance on the unit. Then he explained everything to me about the worked performed and recommended several options to protect and extend the life of the unit. ARS provided professionalism and customer respect from the very beginning. Earl of sales was on time for our appointment, answered my questions, quickly gathered project measurements, and provided all the informational brochures I requested on the HVAC equipment I wanted to have installed. ARS Installers arrived as scheduled and moved quickly to carefully setup, remove my failed systems and professionally install, test, and review my new systems with me. Working in two-men teams, Mike and Fred installed my lower level gas-fired furnace and A/C system, While John and Cordell worked to get my new attic Heat Pump system up and running. I am very happy with the equipment, the installations, and how well the ARS Sales and Installers worked together from contract signing to completion on this two-zone full HVAC replacement project in my home. Quintin and Lenny came out and replaced two toilets and replaced the cast iron pipe which was not replaced when the house was renovated. I was not happy with the price initially, however, he did work out a deal with me. It took two days to the complete the extensive work. Quintin and Lenny were professional and worked hard to get the job done. I will continue to use Quintin for my plumbing needs.

I called ARS Laurel regarding a leaking hot water heater.. The phone representative, Lakeiska was very responsive, and the plumbing Technician, Andy R,, was at my residence at 3 PM the next day. Andy was very professional, expalined the problem, and completed his work within an hour and a half. We had a host of awful issues with our HVAC, which was only a year old but had not been properly installed. ARS did their best to fix the problems and work with our so-called manufacturer's warranty, but we eventually had to install a new system. ARS gave us a credit for all of the work they had already done, which was a nice reduction in price, and got the system installed literally the next day. The new HVAC system is amazing - the difference between our old and new system is like night and day. The ARS guys were all great.
