What can I say! Nothing but great things about ARS Larurel. I had an appt for Friday 5/16/2014 but due to failed AC units, my appt was changed to Monday 5/19/2014 between 2-6PM. I got a phone call 8:51AM on 5/19 that a technician was already in my area and if they could come early. Steven Jones showed up, polite, professional and boots covered to begin work. Steven immediately began his inspection of my Unit and I felt like I was taking a class in HVAC. I learned about the compressor beginning to fail as he worked to replace it. I learned about the schematic of the lines as well as the pipes, power supply, fan and cleaning. I could go on with everything I learned, but that would leave nothing for you to learn. I am NOT one to compliment as there have been very few technician s, in any field, to impress me. What a breath of fresh air to have such a respectful and high level of professionalism and customer service provided by Steven Jones. The pipes under my kitchen sink were backed up. I called ARS and they dispatched Ricardo W. to my home. Ricardo was professional, polite and efficient. I received more important and useful information from Tony in a few hours than I did with all the ARS employees that I have come into contact with over the past 6 months. His knowledge in his craft was amazing, he was fast in diagnosing the problem(s), (and there were many) with my NEW installation of a heating and air unit. Thomas Hanvey serviced my a/c and heating units for a number of times. He is very friendly and answers all my questions. When he comes into the house he wears paper booties which protects my carpets. He is on time and calls about 30 minutes before his arrival. A very nice man. Thomas H. 05/13/14 |

Quintin is an excellent plumber. He was nice, professional and very neat. He knew what needed to be done and explained everything. I will tell my friends about this excellent service.
My only problem with ARS is that they never answer the phone. You always get an answering machine when you call. other than that I thought that the service was excellent and they arrived when scheduled!

Our plumber's name was Quintin. He was very nice, professional and neat.
He knew just what to do. My son use to be in the plumbing business and he said of all the plumbers who have ever been at our house, Quintin was by far
the best!

Came back from OC to find one side of the front lawn soaking wet from the broken sump pump drain pipe going to the street. Called ARS & they responded fairly quick. Rodney Simmons found the pipe to be clogged & proceeded to clear it. Worked on it for 2 hours in the heat. The pipe now drains like it is suppose too. Thanks for a good job Rodney. It would be interesting to find out why my appointment for a toilet tune up on the morning of the same day was ignored or thrown out. No one showed and no one bothered to call.

Recently had HVAC serviced by ARS. John Q was assigned to our home. He was excellent. He showed up on time, took inventory of what needed to be repaired, and got to work immediately. His attention to detail and professionalism were beyond compare. After the work was completed (took until almost 8pm) he waited another 15-20 minutes to make sure the system was running properly. I would recommend him to family and friends. Thanks John.

Quintin was polite and professional. Professionalism goes a long way with me. He came in and did a thorough job. He installed a all new shower head and fixtures. The shower works much better now. No more mad dashes into and out of the shower to avoid scolding. He also gave some recommendations about what to do with the deteriorated wall behind the shower. I will take his advice. Once he was finished he clean up behind himself. I highly recommend Quintin for plumbing work.

Abraham was the technician that came to do the inspection
at my home for my sign up with Home Depot. First, he put on
the shoe covers before stepping on the carpet. He proceeded to
explain the purpose of his visit and then with every step of the
inspection as well. Was quite professional the way he carried himself. Very confident, knowledgeable and honest about his

Rolando and Larry are the most professional installers/service persons I've ever had the pleasure of working with. They arrived on time, quickly set to work, and, given a rather complex puzzle of technical circumstances, were able to install my new A/C unit, and add-ins, in a timely manner, and with immaculate attention to detail.
