The sales rep underestimated the complexity of the job and the time it would take (hence 4 stars instead of 5), but the intallers were top-rate professionals who went the extra mile to do the job right and keep me updated on progress. They stayed until the job was finished (more than 12 hours) and cleaned up immaculately.

Jose of Ars of Laurel treated us to the greatest experience of professionalism throughout the installation of our NEW a/c unit, furnace, April Air and hot water heater. Jose answered every question we had and explained in detail when necessary. Great customer service, great cleanup when job was finished inside and out. Marlon was also a great helper. I have already referenced ARS Laurel to TWO friends We plan on retiring to South Carolina in the future, hope you have a location if we need you. I wish more companies had great customer service like what I just experienced with Steven. Represents his company well. I will continue to use ARS for the service needs of my residence. Thank you Jason for all of your help. Having your heating system shut down completely in the middle of January was unbarable. You made an extra effort to come out over the weekend and get our system completely upgraded in less that a week. I really have to applaud you and your company for all you have done. Steven J. provided Excellent Customer service when he performed the Annual Maintenance of our new gas furnace on March 5, 2014. He took the time to walk me through the operation of this gas furnace and provided tips on troubleshooting if a problem were to arise in the future. I would certainly request Steven J. for future service or maintenance checks on our HVAC system.

Steven J. recently conducted the Annual Maintenance check on our new Carrier gas furnace that was installed last July 2013, on March 5, 2014. Steven did an excellent job is walking me thru the operation of our gas furnace and took the time to explain to me how to keep up on basic maintenance of the gas furnace and basic trouble shooting if a problem were ever to occur in the future. When I schedule my Air Conditioning Annual Maintenance I will definitely request the service of Steven J. He is a very professional employee, certainly experienced with HVAC systems and provided excellent customer service.

Mr Jones, arrived early, very informative on what service he was conducting on the outside unit and inside air handler and why. Explained each process and the tools that he used. Greg is the best technician ever sent to my house by ARS. I have had many technicians come for inspection and services. Greg took time to explain all the recommendations and the importance of each and the time line in which I should have them done. I did not feel like someone was trying to sell me something, I felt like he was really looking out for my best interest. In addition, a recurrent problem occured. When my heat pump unit is serviced a code comes up on the thermostat. When Greg asked for the manual, I explained to him the addendum was missing since instillation because a service guy took it with him and I could never get a copy a copy again. After a long wait , the office found a copy of the addendum and told him what the code meant. He subsequently e-mailed me a copy of the addendum. I have tried to get this paper for three years. THIS IS WHAT I CALL SERVICE. Thank-you so much again . Barbara

He was through and careful as he checked our systems ensuring that all "pieces" were functioning correctly and within specs.. I just had my spring maintenance with Tom H. as my technician. He called prior to arrival, came within the expected window and was very professional. All of which I was very appreciative of since I have had trouble with some of these issues with prior technicians in past. Outside of my spring check-up, he quickly remedied several problems I had been having since my unit was installed 2 years ago. He was able to fix these issues in a matter of minutes when several other technicians claimed to have fixed the issues, but they were never resolved. Tom H. was very personable and experienced and I will be sure to be requesting Tom H. as my technician in future.

Nate Turner provided outstanding service. His processional knowledge and experience was able to suggest a "Hard Start Capacitor" installation that would assist in eliminating the system from shutting down from continuous start/stop during regular use. I have used ARS for over 20 yeas in a couple of houses I owned and have always been more than satisfied.

The only reason I did not give 5 stars is that he was fixing problems that were either overlooked or not addressed by the SAME company since we have used ARS for the last seven years

Tony was very polite and informative. Through out his visit, he ensured I was aware of every action he took to diagnose my issue and when to expect a follow up visit to complete the repairs. Steven came to troubleshoot my Humidier and diagnosed parts needed and returned in a timely manner. After installing the parts he discovered the Humidistat control was bad. He will return to replace that also. Very courteous and professional.

I love ARS Laurel location. They are prompt and give great service. Our heating system was just serviced by Steven J. He was on time for the appointment and not only serviced our heat pump but told us things we can do to keep the heat pump working at its best. He recommended we install surge protectors and installed them for us so our investment is protected. He was very respectful and kept the work area clean - even wore booties so he didn't track in any dirt from outside.

Andy Rowe of ARS was courteous, friendly, professional, patient with all my questions & concerns and above all he even cleaned up like a pro. I was amazed ARS was able to send him out same day. Everyone I spoke with @ ARS was exceptional. This is why we have continued to always call ARS with all of our plumbing, heating/cooling & yes sewage problems, in fact they helped us deal with WSSC with our sewage problem. GREG WORK UNCEASINGLY TO REPAIR MY INDOOR HEATING UNIT AND MY OUTDOOR(FROZEN) UNIT. HE EXPLAINED WHAT HE WAS DOING AND WHY. PRIOR TO HIS VISIT I'D SPOKEN TO HIM BY PHONE. HE SUGGESTED THAT I USE AUX HEAT BECAUSE IT WAS BELOW FREEZING HERE. I MADE IT THROUGH THE NIGHT. HE CAME TO MY RESCUE THIS MORNING. THANKS TO HIM I'M WARM AND TOASTY TONIGHT. The technician arrived at a reasonable time and prepared to get to work. Because the weather was damp, he used foot coverings to protect the carpet and floor areas. He was pleasant and engaging. Once the heating issued was described he immediately knew what to do, did it in record time and waited to make sure the resolution took. Amazing individual with a wonderful work ethic!
