Art arrived on time, and spent considerable time with our heating system. Then he called me down, to show me several potential problems, one of which could be serious. He had suggestions, but didn't force them.
He also showed me where we hadn't been aware of ways to make our system function efficiently. Before he left, he wrote down instructions for how to deal with these aspects, so in the future, we'll get it right.

Art.Devre serviced my furnace this morning. He went the extra mile from the minute he stepped foot into my house, making sure he didn't track any dirt inside and left my house makintg sure everything was neat and clean. He was extremely courteous, professional, and knowledgeable in answering all of my questions. He recommended I replace my oil tank, due to some leakage, and also gave me a referral of a person he trusts, to do some work for me prior to the removal of the old tank. I consider him to be trustworthy based on his professionalism he continues to display while making sure my furnace is up to par. Art D. 04/16/14 |

I am a customer with Woolley fuel over 20 years! These guys are great, I have yet to have any problems with this company. They always come on time if they ever run late they call you,same day service. I only have great things to say about them!!! Woolley Fuel Company (Art and Crag) have done excellent service and repairs for both my A/C unit and oil furnace. The oil delivery (Mark is the best) is always on time and very professional/clean. Wooley has been my oil and furnace service provider for 5 years. They keep my VERY old furnace running great for me, and have come out in the past to give me an estimate on upgrades without any sort of sales pressure. Scheduled appointment to service baulky furnace. Ed was on time, surveyed the situation, explained what he was doing - and also explained the different parts and operations of the furnace itself, and made the necessary repairs. After he finished, we decided what the next step would be should the problem recur and who I should contact. Ed was polite, professional, knowledgeable, prepared, and experienced in his field. Ed is reliable, fast and extremely knowledgeable. He came right away when I had a problem with the boiler which turned out that I missed the water nozzle and water was pouring in. But what really impressed me about Ed is when he came sometime last year on another service call and walked with me while I explained how the base heater was spitting out some much steam, I was melting. Ed adjusted the valves, to a look at my radiators, told me how to adjust them, he looked at my air conditioners in the windows, told me how to insulate them. By the time he was through, I was sorry I didn't have a pad and pencil. He was amazing and everything he told me to do and that I remembered has made my life so much better this year. he is phenomenal and quite a keeper. I'm a satisfied customer! Ed P. 03/10/14 |

I called the message center with an urgent question and had my message returned within the hour. An appointment was scheduled for the next day and a technician (Jesse D) came and was very informative as to what were my options. I didn t feel like he was trying to sell me on any particular item. I felt like he just wanted to inform me of the issues and decide what is best decision for me. Once I decided to have work done he did the work in a professional manner and cleaned up after himself.
