Mario O. came out to inspect our system. Great technician. He took his time, explained things to me and even to my husband over the phone who could not be here. He was very honest and helpful. Mario did a great job in finding a loose wire in the thermosat. It was apparently improperly (loosely) connected by the installer.

My service technition was Sergio D. He was very helpful,couteous,and informative. This young man was the best Tech. that I have had in the years that I have been a patron of your company. Sergio actually cleaned my air intake and vacumed my heating & ac unit. I appriciate his service and will definately be requestig him anytime I need work done.

Excellent service!!! i needed a tech for a heater that wouldn't turn off in the middle of night and Mario O was able to come and solve the problem and averted what could have been a diaster!! He and Will Fit It saved the day. Mario O explained everything and saved me money. Additional he pointed out potential problems that needed to get addressed and showed me how i could save money through their annual service for air conditioning/heating, which i did. Marcello was very kind and answered all my questions. I have worked with Will Fix It a few times in the past and have always been satisfied with the services. I have yet to report a complaint. I am a manager for the largest diabetes manufacture in the world. I am responsible for a 24 hour call center to help trouble shoot issues. Our expectation is to deliver excellent customer service by listening to our customers issue, explaining what the issue is about and offer a solution to resolve the issue. If I had a position available I would hire Mario O. He was very professional, listen to my issue, and explained what needed to be done to resolve it, before he even started. He explained the expectation up front before he even started. He gained my trust and respect as a customer. He articulated in a very calm concerning voice and really made us feel as part of your family.Your company should recorgnize these types of performers that represent your company and praise them for all the good work they do on a daily basis. It s just not about the issue that needs to be fixed, it s about building a relationship with your customer and earning their trust and repect. Mario is a true example for others to follow. Treat him well or you will lose your top performers if you ignore their excellent work. Going forward, we only want Mario O. to come to our house to be serviced. Mario deserves a thousand ATTA BOYS!!! for his continuing outstanding service to our home. He is totally honest, knows his work and displays superb work ethics. He knows his job inside out as well as forwards and backwards. If he is not sure of something, he will check it out rather than trying to do something using the hope and by golly method. His work ethics are above and beyond any expectations, thus he can feel extremely proud of what he is doing and accomplishing. It would make Will Fix It proud if they would insist that all their other techs follow in his footsteps. If they do they too will feel proud of their selves. If I had my way, I would designate Mario as Chief technician and be sure that he pass on his techniques of work mastery, pride of work accomplished, and a friendly pleasant attitude. CARLOS COPPINS THIS TECHNICIAN WAS FANTASTIC. HE WAS VERY KIND AND UNDERSTANDING OF MY PROBLEM AND WORKED EXTREMELY HARD TO FIX IT. HE HAD TO GO TO SEVERAL PLACES TO FIND A PART TO REPAIR AN EXISTING BATHROOM FIXTURE THAT THEY DON T MAKE OR SELL ANYMORE, BUT HE WAS DETERMINED TO FIND IT AND FIX IT AND HE DID. I called Will Fix It to check out a possible leak under the toilet. The technician found there was no problem, but while he was here he shimmed the toilet which was uneven. Rudy arrived on time (he even waited for me to get home) and proceeded to check our water heater that was no longer working. He confirmed what a tech from another company said about the water heater having rusty sediment and a leak and was no longer useable. What impressed me was that he immediately wanted to find out how that could have happened to a water heater that was only 6 years old. He ran a test of the hardness of our water in front of me which showed our water was hard and our water softener was apparently no longer softening our water properly. He went to look at the softener and pointed out that it did not have the capacity to handle the amount of water we use in our home. I want to clarify that I feel Rudy's work was excellent but it was very frustrating to find out we had a problem when another Will Fix IT tech named Victor had been to our house five months ago and inspected our plumbing and recorded everything was working fine. He may have tested our water but not in front of us and he made no mention of the limited capacity of our water heater. In the end, we had to purchase a better water softener and replace both of our water heaters. Very Good rating means Will Fix It needs to train all their techs to be as good as Rudy. Made several recommendations to make our system better and last longer. He also flushed our air conditioner drain line and recommended several things that could be used to keep it clean.
