Trong, Mansour and Jean were an amazing installation team. All three were highly professional, non-intrusive, punctual and amazingly polite during the entire A/C install process. My "new" historic home (114 years old) is cool for the first time ever, and they were very attentive to detail the whole way. It's always hard doing a major renovation while living in a house, but Trong and his team made it as painless as possible for me and my family. We had a great experience with Unique Indoor Comfort. They were reasonably priced, easy to work with and they did a great job installing our AC, furnace and condenser. They even let us borrow a window AC unit for a few days before they came to do the install to help give us some relief from the heat. They called me the day before to confirm the install and sent me an email with the details of the techs who were coming to my house to do the install. Ricky and Tim (the techs who did the install) were the nicest guys you could have asked for. They arrived on time, were very professional, friendly and helped explain everything about the new equipment very thoroughly. They even skipped lunch on a 90 degree day to finish the install for us because they knew that we hadn't had air conditioning in our house for over 2 weeks. Ricky helped install my Ecobee4 thermostat, set it up for me and helped walk me through how it works. We couldn't have asked for better guys to come and install our equipment. Our house is very cool and comfortable and we are so much happier with this new AC. I've been raving to my neighbors about how great of a job they did and how happy we are with Unique Indoor Comfort. I highly recommend Unique Indoor Comfort. I had 2 A/Cs replaced, in a house in the city, with 2 condensers on the roof. It was a complicated job due to the removal of the old A/Cs. They did a really nice job installing the new A/Cs. The team put drop-cloths on the floors and stairs where they worked and cleaned up every day when before they left. Trong and his assistant, Mansour, finished the installation of the first floor and walk-in basement of the house today. It was a challenge given the home was built in 1876 long before the concept of air conditioning was thought of. Trong met and exceeded any challenge the house threw at him, his work is meticulous with thought to air flow, noise and neatness. His pride in his workmanship is impressive, the perfection that he demands of his assistant is equally satisfying. Trong is certainly the best installer that I have ever experienced in my multiple houses through the years.
