I recently had Unique install the high velocity central air conditioning in my home. I was very impressed with the efficiency of the entire process. My two installers, Son & Quy were always on time, worked very hard each day and did a great job of cleaning up before they left for the day. Son answered any question I had with clear and concise answers. They were courteous and worked well together to get the job done. Christian and his assistant, TAS were extremely professional installers and technicians. Despite many unexpected glitches which prolonged the project almost an additional week, they remained cheerful, accommodating, and respectful. Christian and TAS worked remarkably well together and appeared to actually enjoy their job. There was never a problem that presented itself that they were not ready to problem solve, fix, and move on. They communicated with the homeowners regularly and despite the length of the project, my husband and I never felt "out of the loop". Thank you Christian and TAS- you are an asset to your company. I had Unique install central HV AC in my 1891 home last year and was thrilled with it. After years of living with window air conditioners, this was a HUGE step up. But when the system started up this season, it was a little...pokey. Higher humidity levels, higher temps all around, etc. Called Unique and made an appointment. Mark DiLucca was here today and did a full diagnostic. Cleaned the compressor, added refrigerant (the system had been installed and started up in unusually cold weather -- it was 60 degrees in June), and even changed the filter to a better one than I'd been using. He explained everything he was doing (no mysterious thumps in the attic) and answered every question I had clearly and thoroughly. I live in an old house, so I've had every kind of contractor you can imagine come through my home, and I'm grateful when a company sends service people who 1.) obviously know what they're doing, 2.) leave my house clean, 3.) are friendly and respectful, and 4.) don't try to scare me or pressure me into additional services. HIGHLY recommend this company. The technicians Trong, Mike, and Kevin replaced one of our high velocity AC systems. It was a very difficult job since our row house attic is very small and cramped. They worked extremely hard for two full days in horribly HOT conditions and never complained a bit. These guys are EXPERTS, as well as being honest, polite, friendly and respectful. They left my house cleaner than when they arrived! After being totally ripped off by another company (Kelly) I was pretty nervous about trusting anyone - but the guys from UNIQUE are THE BEST. Our AC wasn't operating and another company couldn't fix it despite working on it for two days. I called Unique and Mark had it running in an hour. He fixed the bad workmanship of the prior company and was polite and considerate. Mark went the extra mile by making sure everything was as it should be, even anchoring our electric box on the wall properly. I have no doubt who to call the next time we have an HVAC problem. Tony and Kevin replaced my HVAC unit in July 2017 and were great. They were punctual, worked throughout the day, and explained everything. I needed to have my entire duct work replaced on the second floor of my house. Bruce and Charles were the service technicians who worked tirelessly to replace my duct work system. I now have AC to all of my rooms!!! Everyone at Unique was great to work with--Paul did the initial visit and reviewed all of my options, Chris came out to review the work in order to place the order, and Bruce and Charles installed everything correctly. Unique was extremely flexible in meeting my needs for this project. They installed on the date they committed to and allowed me to change my order when I no longer needed a second service. Bruce and Charles were extremely knowledgeable, professional and polite. They explained the process of the install, kept me in the loop during the whole install, answered all of my questions, and cleaned up after they were finished. After waiting and researching ductless AC for a year I finally pulled the trigger and went with Unique. Bob Murray came out to my house and thoroughly measured and examined the situation, drew up a contract, answered my questions, and did the deal. Although I had to wait to get some prior work finished, the installation crew, Christian and Charles, spent two days working to make the equipment work well and look good. I usually don't write reviews however I'm compelled to give Brian, Tony and Son of Unique Indoor Comfort my highest rating. All three were very professional and extremely helpful during the installation of my heater, AC and hot water heater. Brian came out prior to the installation to measure my home in order to ensure the proper sized system was installed. He was very knowledgeable and thoroughly explained each step of the process. Next Tony and Son arrived promptly on the scheduled date and were equally professional in the way all three systems were install. I was particularly impressed with the care they took to minimize dirt being tracked in to my home by laying drop clothes along the path used to bring in or remove equipment. They both did outstanding work with regard to the installation which was done in one day!!! My new systems are working great!! I would highly recommend Unique Indoor Comfort to anyone. P.S. The cost of all three installations was $7100.00 which included a 2 ton Carrier AC unit, Carrier forced air heater. I received a call from Unique about 20 minutes before Christian arrived to let me know he was enroute. Much appreciated for an early morning appointment. Christian arrived with time to spare, introduced himself, asked if I was having any issues and went right to work. It was a routine maintenance call BUT Christian gave me some terrific operating tips that I may have received during original installation but had forgotten. During the month of June 2017, I hired Unique Indoor Comfort heating and cooling company to install Central air-conditioning in my home. From the moment they came to discuss feasibility and pricing I knew they were a reputable business. Not only were they highly professional but highly skilled as well. They told me it would take three days to complete the entire job. They told me they would be at my house by 8 AM and were always very prompt. As I have white rugs throughout my home, I was a little worried about the dust and dirt that might accumulate. Not only did they put on indoor shoes or cover their existing shoes but they laid down large tarps to cover my carpets on both floors.
At the end of each day they removed all of the tarps vacuumed all of the carpet and returned my house to normal only to return the next day and start the process again. I cannot begin to tell you how wonderfully neat and clean they were and efficient as well. The two gentlemen, Thuan and Quy, who did all of the work were very pleasant and well versed in what needed to be done.
I was so very pleased with the results of this job that I would hire this company again. Thank you gentlemen for a job well done and for making my experience such a pleasant one!

I heard the advertisement on WHYY for unique heating and cooling. My air-conditioner had begun to blow less than cold and I called them out for a second opinion on a price. They gave me a very competitive price for a new air-conditioner and heating system. In fact, the pricing and service was so good that I had them install a new hot water heater too! Every aspect of the service was phenomenal: from the sales to the installation, everyone was extremely professional and conscientious of providing the highest customer service possible. We lost cooling on the hottest day of the year (thus far). Dimos came out on a Friday after 7PM and diagnosed the issue, fixed it, explained the issue to me, and we were back to having cooling.
