In this world of high velocity heating and cooling, few are knowledgeable, even less are thorough. I felt Mike M was not only extremely knowledgeable, but his thoroughness as he went through every room in my residence, examined my equipment and it's former issues, as well as performed readings along the way, was impressive. His manner and work ethic speak volumes, builds confidence, and instills trust. He is a person who I believe will do right by his customers, now and down the road.

I have been planning to hire Unique Indoor to install central air for me so when I had a problem with my ultra high efficiency boiler and the first contractor I hired proved to be completely unable to diagnose or fix the problem I thought of them. They came right away despite snow and cold, were incredibly helpful, competent, and not too expensive. It took three days to resolve and I tend to think that if they were specialized in the brand boiler I have it would only have taken two, but maybe not. I am very glad I called them and I will be having them take care of my boilers from now on.

Unique Indoor Comfort installed central air conditioning in our older home that had no duct work. We chose a high velocity system to minimize the size of the ducts and vents. The sales person and crew were very professional, courteous and knowledgeable. They discussed options and answered all our questions before, during and after the job. They were on time, respectful of our home and cleaned up each night so we didn't feel that we were living in a construction zone. They worked hard to make it convenient for us instead of doing what was easier for them. We would highly recommend Unique Indoor Comfort.

Unique Installed dual zone high velocity central air in my 80 year old home. Chris W. measured each room, counted windows and made note of North-South directions to make sure the units installed were appropriate for the job. He took the time to answer all my questions and make sure I had all the information I needed to make an informed decision. I am so pleased I chose Unique for this job. Chris and the installation team, Trong, Taz and Bob worked with me to place the tubing and vents in sometimes very difficult locations, so that I would be happy with the design. Trong, Taz and Bob were always pleasant and professional, clean and neat. On at least two occasions I asked them to move the location of equipment or vents they had planned on installing and they were happy to find constructive and creative ways to accommodate me. It was a pleasure working with such a professional team. Thank you!

Unique Saved the day (and my basement). I came home to a fast growing puddle under my water heater on a snowy, friday afternoon. It was during a nor'easter that had it snowing sideways and bad road conditions. Unique sent Mike Vegas out in a blizzard. He replaced my water heater and saved my basement from being flooded. Pat K, the technician has serviced our air conditioners twice - last year and this year. He is punctual, polite, professional and pleasant. We are also impressed with the lady who calls to schedule the appointment- I am sorry that I am blanking on her name.

As usual, Unique and Dimos went above and beyond. Not only were they able to get the 2 units up and running the same day, the office even went thru the trouble of checking on the warrantee on an expensive part that was needed and saved our company $600 as a result. I cannot recommend this company enough!!! As a property manager in Philadelphia, I have used many different HVAC companies, some good and some bad. But none of them beat Unique!!!

Best guys around! From the moment Kyle picked up the phone I could tell I hit gold. Very friendly and offered to have two techs come out within a few hours. Within 10 minutes of the guys arriving they found out what the issue was (this was in regards to a Geothermal system) and said they could have it fixed in only a few hours. The guys explained what the problem was and gave me a very fair price for the work and even came up with a service plan for preventative maintenance on site. This was for my bosses house and after checking in with him this morning he said he felt a huge difference in the overall temperature of his home and we couldn't be happier! Big thank you to Dylan, John and Kyle, you guys rock :)

Unique installed a high velocity system for my older home in one week. Brian and Chris had helped me understand the entire process before signing and how the system would be run. Price was very competitive. Install was by Quy and Son and they were fantastic and got to rooms and locations not thought possible by earlier walkthroughs. Very happy with the results. Install week was during a heat wave and they never complained once The reason for the average rating was that permits were not filed until the day before the install would be completed. Per my contract, Unique was to secure and pull the permits PRIOR to the work being performed. They dropped off the application with my township, and after I paid my balance, the township required additional drawings and was never followed up with nor notified by Unique. After several times reaching out to Unique, the permits were finally ready to be picked up 4 months AFTER the install of the system. Other criticism of the process was that it was sold as you would never know they were there going home for the day during the week of the install, but my house was a mess with equipment stored in one room, walls and doors dinged up, etc. They also walked away on the last day with the system running at a fraction of it's total capacity. Was explained to me that a card was not fully inserted into the unit to configure its operation Unique to their defense did come out same or next day to address these issues, after calling, and for the extent of the work done it is to be expected to be inconvenienced and have some touch up painting to do after - but for the cost of the system, one would hope it would be tested and/or balanced before moving on to the next job. Communication after the install was minimal and no followup or review of the install was done

Mark Dilucca provided annual service for my furnace and air conditioner today. He took his time to explain everything he did and the outcome of his inspection. Mark and Unique Indoor Comfort was a pleasure to deal with! We called this morning and someone was at my home within two hours. I signed up for a Service Contract today knowing that I will get top-notch service when needed. Thank you to both Mark and to the team at Unique Indoor Comfort!

Both Tony Luong and Frank Peterson were very professional and efficient in their work, Tony was cheerful and explained everything to me --why they were installing the new duct in a particular location in my kitchen--and actually that seems to be better than the original idea. they had to work in my dark, cramped crawl space for a long day so this was a very difficult job. They carried out the 6 specifications of the proposal as Chris Wilson had written it . And Chris did come by to make sure I was satisfied with everything. and informed me of what they came upon in that crawl space. Both Tony and Frank are very competent in their jobs and have good dealing with people skills. I am sure the apprentice Joe learned a lot, They were pleasant, did a great job at cleaning up, Even swept some leaves out of my garage. And I feel that the price was very reasonable. I enjoy dealing with the people at Unique--Continue your very good service with very competent employees! .

I had a high velocity central air system installed in my 114 year old 3 story Glenside home. Brian Brady was my sales rep. Took the time to explain everything in detail, priced it out very competitively and the final bill was to the penny of what he quoted me. Quy & Son did the install and they were awesome. The install went very well, they were incredibly clean, showed up on time everyday, they were courteous and kept in touch with me through out the process. I was weary about having this done for two reasons: I was afraid the house would be a mess afterwards but it wasn't, they were very clean. I was also nervous about the cost but it wound up being a lot more reasonable than I assumed it would be. I can't recommend these guys enough.

We had to have a new furnace installed. Mark came to diagnose the situation and explained it clearly with photos. Brian came to measure the house and windows thoroughly and then explain our options for a new furnace. The price was quite reasonable for the unit we wanted. Taz and Brandon came to do the installation and they were fantastic! They were neat and clean. the removed the old unit and installed the new one. They showed me the features of the new one and how to replace the filters. They were polite and professional at all times. I highly recommend Unique Indoor Comfort for any heating or cooling needs.

Since we discovered Unique Indoor Comfort Heating and Cooling (I was out walking my baby in the Merion Station neighborhood and saw their truck). I spoke directly with Kyle at the time who was very kind and offered an immediate appointment. Absolutely everything went wrong with this service call today. Christian was inexperienced, Kyle was inexperienced and shortsighted, and Amanda was only concerned about making a buck and CYA. Your company talks out of both sides of its mouth and would sacrifice $8000-$10000 in order to keep $99. You do not understand the value of a customer in an industry where the customer has many many many options besides you. Horrendous customer service.
