Spoke with Kyle on the phone today and Frank came out to look at our system. Both were very easy to work with. Kyle was professional and setup an appointment for that same day in the afternoon around my schedule. When Frank got there he was professional and knowledgeable of our system. He took care of the issue quickly, neatly, and was very nice during the whole process. A pleasure to deal with and I've had very good experiences with Unique so far.

We have been unique customers for 15 years using their maintenance service and their installation service for all new work. We could not be more satisfied. They are highly responsive to calls, always follow through, provide prompt and courteous service from highly trained HVAC professionals who are a pleasure to have in our home Pat, who I neglected to single out, consistently climbed a 40" ladder to access our rooftop air conditioning cooler and always did it with a smile. Their service personnel are neat, always clean up after themselves and are highly respectful of our property. We feel very fortunate to be be their customers. As for extraordinary service and skill, we have to single out Dimos whose knowledge and patience are just incredible.

My third year under a plan with Unique (both heating and air). As with previous Unique technicians, the most recent tech for my annual system check (Mike) was tremendous; very conscientious and diligent. He was knowledgeable regarding all aspects of the system and provided helpful detailed suggestions on ensuring optimal use of the system. Importantly, he identified and replaced a broken part which was covered by the plan. Very impressive young man.

I called during a cold spell. I was not a contracted client. They came out within 24 hrs fixed the boiler and got our heat back up and running. Great service, great customer, service, reasonably priced, easy to work with. Nelson was a great technician, and Joy was great from setting up the appointment to letting me know the tech was on his way. Will be using them agian.

My furnace had quit on one of the coldest days of the winter so far. I had a Mike V. come within 4 hours of my call to service the unit. He was super polite and friendly, did an excellent job and had my furnace running again in just a short time! This company has always been great with everything from phone etiquette, response time and quality of workmanship!

UNIQUE should count itself very lucky to have PAT K. working for them !! Had a problem with my heater on one of the coldest nights of the year so I put an emergency call in to Unique . In less then 30 minutes PAT was in my center city Phila home diagnosing the problem and had my heater up and running . I am 77 years old so PAT took great care in explaining everything to me as he worked . He is a true professional and a gentleman . GIVE THE GUY A RAISE !!

Spoke to Joy S. on the phone and what a delight! She is kind and caring and works to get the job set and complete as soon as possible. JOY YOU MADE MY DAY! You got my water heater appointment scheduled and completed in the day! Manny T. - He came out to service my heater. He is a true professional. He took the time to explain everything he was doing and recommended that I might want to get my water heater replaced. I never even would have known the life expectancy of a water heater or mine was that old. He was neat and clean and organized. YOU ARE TOP RATED MANNY! Christian H. - This was the second time he was in my home and again I applaud his professionalism, care and kindness. He replaced the water heater with Manny T. right before Christmas. They were in and out with no issues and more importantly no mess!!! Thank you Christian you are an ACE in my book!!

Mark D was extremely helpful in diagnosing our Heater/Furnace issues, and resolved the situation quickly. Additionally, once fixed he ran the system several times over to confirm 100% that the issue was resolved. Mark arrived on time and was very professional and detailed, and explained the issue clearly so I could better understand what happened. I would strongly recommend Unique Indoor and Mark D. again in the future.

Mark recently visited our house to perform annual maintenance on our gas boiler. He was personable and polite through the entire visit. Once he was done with his work, he reviewed our options and provided honest, tailored recommendations for our heating system based on his experience and our goals for the home. This is a really great company with awesome employees and every experience I've had with them has been consistently excellent. Highly recommend.

They showed up as scheduled. Frank the service technician was very polite and explained everything. They got the furnace up and running and ordered some additional parts that were marginal to be replaced in next week or so.

Called for diagnosis heat pump system. Arrived on time and diagnosis the issue and told later on will come to fix it once they have part. Next day they show up with part and installed it and told that the issue is not with part they have to call Carrier tech support to fix it and I have to pay additional hourly charge for it. The issue was altogether different and nothing related to original diagnosis. Ended up paying extra $110 for additional diagnosis charges for second time.

I called spoke to Joy explained my problem...She knew right away of what I spoke; That was unusual in it self. The next day, Frank the technician appeared on time diagnosed and fixed the problem with my heater in a reasonable amount of time. He left my home warm, and with my check as well, but I was happy to pay for competent, courtesy service. Frankly, it was a Joy to deal with this Unique team.

Unique Indoor Comfort is the company to turn to for HVAC service. I have a high end geothermal system that another service company wouldn’t even touch. UIC not only knows these systems extremely well but also provided us with a service contract that includes parts! From the first phone interaction with Kyle to the service call by Dylan the professionalism and expertise was obvious. Based upon my recommendation my neighbor has also utilized their service and is equally pleased.

I was told the diagnostic would cost only $29 (promotional offer). However, I was charged $388 just for a diagnostic! This is outrageous! Technician told me he needed extra time to complete the diagnostic, and that there would be an additional charge, but he never told me how much it would be! No upfront pricing. I feel I was tricked, I was taken advantage of, and I was robbed! Even after paying $388 just for a diagnostic, I still was not given a clear answer of what was the problem with my heater. I was told maybe needs refrigerant, but it could be something else. This is unacceptable and I plan on sharing this horrible experience with all my family and friends as well as on all other review websites and your social media pages.

We had a problem a couple days before Christmas and Unique indoor comfort helped us with our furnace issues. They were quick, efficient, and friendly. Would definitely recommend this company!

The Unique crew did a great job installing our gas furnace and water heater. On time, polite, clean, professional. Ricky had a great idea for our water heater to fit, which was not considered by the other three HVAC companies we consulted. Price was good,. Very happy with the Unique experience. I'd use them again.

Love this company; I've used several HVAC companies over the years and Unique is by far the best. My last installation of 6 zones of a Mitsubishi split system with A/C and heat pumps was very complex in a 110 year old house and they were fantastic! I added the service contract and everyone is very professional & treat your house like it's theirs.
