I have been using Unique Indoor Comfort for the past 3 years. Professionals in every aspect, including work and customer relations. Last service I had Mike change my water boiler. He was great. Could not be happier with their service.

We signed up for Unique Indoor Comfort's twice a year maintenance plan a couple of years ago. The techs have always been good and we have never been charged anything extra when they found something or when they come out for regular maintenance or for additional needs. This time was particularly good because Nelson was so thorough and because it was clear that he truly cares about his work and our satisfaction. He stayed for a good while to seek to make a discovery that might improve our efficiency and reduce our bills, and he was successful at making a discovery that should make a difference. He also provided helpful advice. I highly recommend Unique. Everyone on the team has always been helpful and responsive.

We had a high velocity central air system as well as 2 Mitsubishi ductless split units installed in our 97 year old home. Due to various renovations and updates over the years our home had a very limited amount of space to accomodate the system components. Matt L was our sales rep and made multiple trips to our home to discuss options, address my concerns and ensure I was happy with our plan. Our install team of Quy, Son and Nam were fantastic. Not only are they courteous, conscientious and punctual, they also were incredibly clean and kept me up to date throughout the process. They are very personable and hardworking. In addition to the team above, I had interaction with a few more of Unique's personnel and my experience with them was in-line with that of the main team--top notch. All of their employees spoke highly of the company and that was definitely reflected in how they handled themselves. Unique Indoor Comfort definitely has a strong customer service philosophy, of which their employees are proud.

First I communicated with Joy to get the quote. She asked me to take a few pictures of my old water heater and then provided a quote within a day! I asked her lots of questions on the new water heater they are going to install and had lots of back and forth and Joy is very patient and got all my questions answered. I'm the type of person to want to know exactly what product I'm going to get. Joy could scheduled the installation within the same week which is awesome. Pat and John arrived on time. They are professional and clean and pleasant to talk to. They explained to me about the new water heater and also pointed out the issues they discovered in my 18-year old water heater. They two worked together very well and finished the job less than 3 hours. I'm very happy about the people from this company and definitely use them again.

Nelson replaced a valve on my geothermal system and was very precise with installing it in a tight space and explained everything to me. I couldn’t ask for a more qualified service tech than Nelson! Thx for a great job

They come out right away, even at night or on weekends, which is good when your heat suddenly goes out in the middle of winter. Their technicians are knowledgeable, efficient, and polite, and they tell you exactly what has gone wrong with your system and how they have repaired it. I would highly recommend Unique Indoor Comfort.

Our entire experience with Unique was refreshing. We sought out expertise/estimates from several well reviewed companies in the Philadelphia area to replace a 30 year old furnace and upgrade to central air and were admittedly disappointed by every company that was not Unique! Mike P. was extremely knowledgeable, professional and creative (suggesting we convert a current supply duct to a return) during his initial visit and followed-up (without being pushy) on our outstanding questions. Trong and Thuan were professional, respectful and sooo hardworking on the day of installation. They definitely went above and beyond! Can't recommend Unique highly enough. Thanks for bring our home into the 21st century!

Christian is perhaps the best technician I've ever worked with. He is intelligent, very professional and easy to work with on a project. He brings a focused orientation to the work he is doing and I especially like the fact that he strives to understand the in's and out's of a system he is going to work on before beginning. This approach allows him to understand ways in which work he is about to do or problems he is confronting can best be managed. It's a mature, thoughtful and competent way to manage a job. I'd recommend him for any project, from installation to servicing equipment.

This company has consistently performed excellent service on my AC system and today my heater broke down hours prior to a routine scheduled AC service visit. After a botched heater installation by another service, we hired Unique Indoor Comfort to Install our central air unit. Ricky and Saafane did an absolutely exceptional job. And Dimos responded quickly and competently to our questions about the thermostat, From trouble shooting and correcting the problems created by the other company to the superbly clean and organized installation of the air unit and needed accessories, these folks exceeded anything we could ask for. We recommend them. It was simply an exceptionally well done installation.

I've had multiple great experiences with Unique. The most recent was when our heating went out overnight this winter. I called Unique first thing in the morning and they sent out Chris by 9:30AM. Chris diagnosed and fixed the problem by 11:30. Excellent service, as is the norm from Unique.
