We scheduled installation of new equipment with Unique. The friday before the appt., our old furnace stopped working. I called Matt our sales rep and he arranged for someone to come out that day for free to make sure we had heat for the weekend. Dimos fixed the problem and was courteous, knowledgeable and on time. Our thanks to the Unique team. We're glad we chose them.

On the regular semi-annual service inspection of my geothermal system the technician Nelson G discovered that one aspect of the auxiliary heat had not been connected at the time of installation. Nelson completed the connection. It was his desire to be thorough and pay attention to detail that revealed this problem.

The computer tool was efficient and helpful to review with technician and then receive an email copy. So pleased with service and organization that we signed an annual service agreement!

Tony was absolutely professional and did a great job installing our new HVAC system. He was courteous, polite, on time, and very knowledgeable. We have a very old house with some poorly done duct work and he was able to dramatically improve the performance of the air flow within the house. Great job.

I've had them to my properties four times in the past three years for various issues and they are excellent. Each technician quickly diagnosed the problem and offered a reasonably-priced solution. On their most recent visit, last weekend, they found that the condensation pump was faulty. I didn't want to pay for the new pump through them since it's an easy DIY fix, and the technician showed me the few steps to complete the swap down to the safety shutoff wiring. I will use them as long as they are in business - it's tough to find good, reliable contractors, and Unique is exactly that.

Absolutely in love with the job that Brandon Fry and his partner Charlie O. did today and yesterday installing my three Mitsubishi split A/C and Hyper Heat Pump units in my 100 year old East Kensington (19125) rowhome. Brandon and Charlie were total pros. They showed up both days as scheduled and were extremely polite and considerate during the entire installation. I can't thank them enough for the job they did for me. I also would like to give a shout out to Graham Lucard who coordinated the installation appointment. Unique Indoor Comfort really understands how to manage their customers expectations. So if you are tired of hauling the window units in and out of your Philly rowhome, give my salesman Matt Lafferty a call and hire this company of superhero rockstars. Visit was both for routine maintenance and a problem with my new furnaces, neither apparently unable to kick into the second stage (more heat / blower speed) when needed. Kyle called ahead of the service tech's arrival as promised. Chris arrived on time. He quickly identified the cause of the problem and within 15 minutes or so had the system working correctly. Clean, courteous, on time, solved the problem. That's 5 star service to me.

We recently had central air installed in our 100 year old house by Bruce and Felix and the experience was excellent. Before they came we received an email from a manager asking us a few questions like where to park, any pets to consider etc to help make the experience as positive as possible and to give us info on what to expect. I don't think we've ever had that level of advance service before. Bruce and Felix arrive to install two separate systems- conventional downstairs and high velocity upstairs. They were consistently professional, personable, helpful and conscientious. They kept our home clean and tidied up after each day and always took the time to answer any questions we might have. They also consulted us on a few decisions when they had to change placement of vents in advance. From the very beginning when we received our price estimate- which we received the day after our appt!, I always felt like we would be in good hands with this company from start to finish including having them service it. There was some confusion about the cost of the service plan that we initially got from our sales rep versus what we were told by the technicians;It's Important to ask if the price is for one system or two. However, they were still responsive in helping to get this clear quickly and we still feel strongly that it's well worth it to have a service plan for both systems from this company.

We have just begun the project of installing high velocity air conditioning in our home that was built in 1927. From the initial meeting we were impressed with this company. They have only been here one day but seem to be accomplishing quite a bit. The two service men are very nice guys who are extremely efficient and careful. They work very well together. We are hopeful that the project will be completed on time and without and problems.

Mark Dilucca came out to service our heating and cooling system. He was knowledgeable, professional and took the time to understand our needs. When I asked him if there was anything we could do for our allergies, he made appropriate suggestions and provided education on our options. He was persuasive without being pushy and allowed us to make our decision without feeling pressured. He took his time and also made sure he had answered all of our questions and addressed any concerns.

The entire staff at Unique are the most professional service provider I have done business with (and I am in an unrelated service provider business). We were so happy with the quality of their people and the quality of the boiler replacement last January, that we immediately contracted them to install High Velocity Air Conditioning in our home. Today was the first PM service for the boiler, and the technician, Mike Vegas was a pleasure to work with (as all of the field service technicians have been). Whoever at Unique does the hiring, training, and direction of their field service staff should recognized as a top performer.

These guys are awesome. I have a very old 3 story home with radiators. Like most, it was very warm on the first floor and very cold on the third floor. Dylan figured out the issue, fixed it and it’s very comfortable through out the house now. They literally gave me a whole other floor of living space in my home. Very prompt, incredible clean and a fair price. Couldn’t ask for better service.

As I closed the door today I thought - "wow, that was one of the best experiences with service I've had". One of our heaters wasn't working this morning and with out of town guests arriving tomorrow I was in a bit of a panic. We were able to get service scheduled in the afternoon. Everything is up and running with both units serviced. Everyone I talked to couldn't have been nicer.
