Mike was very efficient in doing his job and professional when he was at our home to service our systems. He showed me how to control the temperature and humidity level using the thermostat. Every representative from Unique has been very professional when entering my home. I would recommend their services to anyone interested in a company who does good work and is highly professional. I have had very little experience with companies that are professional, courteous and competent. Unique is all of this and more. I originally hired them a few years back, the guy that came out to provide me a quote was exceedingly polite and considerate of my concerns. he did not try to sell me more than what I wanted/needed. I hired them to convert my heat from oil to gas. the crew that came out worked quickly and did a fantastic job, I had nothing but positive opinions of all they did, which was a bit more than just the reconfiguration. in the years since, I have them come out to do a yearly check-up/maintenance and every technician is just as polite, courteous and competent. I could not be happier with unique indoor comfort being my Heating company. and in the near future, I will be getting A/C put in, I won't need estimates, I know that I'll hire them. Mark Came out under annual maintenance contract to install leaking hose from humidifier that was found when WiFi Thermostat and Water Leak Detector were installed a few days ago. Most prompt and courteous; tested leak detector to insure it was working too. Recently had heating system serviced and checked under service plan. Manny T serviced the system and explained everything clearly and concisely. Not once has there been any late appointment or excuse, always confirming appointment date/time the night before with a phone call reminder. In over 5 years of being a Unique customer never a problem with scheduling an appointment or having heating or cooling issue quickly resolved under the service plans. Haven't had to use them for replacement of a new heating or cooling system yet but when the time comes they'd be the first for a call and obtain a quote. They've been prompt and the two hour window of expected time has been good - and have often had an earlier cancellation and they call us to see if we can do it...it works for them, and it works for us. I called the "emergency" number for Unique Indoor Comfort when our heating system went down. The heat turned off on Saturday night, and I called around 8 AM on Sunday morning. Within 1 hour, Mark from Unique Indoor Comfort was at my door. After some quick troubleshooting, Mark diagnosed the problem and had it fixed within about 30 minutes. He was prompt, professional, and friendly. This is the first time I have used my service contract with Unique for something other than a routine service, and I couldn't be happier. Thanks! Great job by Mike Vegas in replacing the humidifier to my heat pump system along with the ball valve to the water supply line. The old water line failed and the old ball valve was passing water so I had a steady drip leak for several days. Glad to get this handled before the weekend. This is the kind of company you want to do business with!!! After interviewing and receiving quotes from four local HVAC companies, we chose to go with Unique Indoor Comfort to install our new central air system. Best decision ever!!! Our initial meetings with Paul were informative and the pricing was competitive. But most importantly though was the stellar level of service from our first call to the company through the last day of the install. Our install team of RICKY G. and ALEX A. were EXCEPTIONAL!! They were everything you hope for but never see/get these days...they were ALWAYS extremely polite, very respectful of our home, on-time (4 days straight), constantly working (and smiling!) during insanely hot and humid weather (1st week in August!), leaving our home neat as a pin each day prior to leaving, and always willing to answer questions and clarify any issues. Also, in order to complete the job in the promised time frame they brought in Taz the last day and those guys got it done! The AC system is awesome and these guys really went above and beyond, like the little things (outside aesthetics)...they want to make you happy.
